We had a problem with our upstairs bathtub. The water would not turn off completely. It is an older home with the original plumbing. We called Raymond’s and only had to wait 3 days for service. We called on a Friday and they were here on Monday day. Jacob did the service and he was awesome. He went out of his way to find the part that was needed checking with multiple places and then driving from Lorain to Lakewood to get the part. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He did an awesome job and would recommend them to anyone that needs their service and I would have them request Jacob. Thanks again for a job well done.

Jueiz Flores did a great job. He took his time installing four new bathroom faucets for us. We are pleased with his work. He is so kind and polite. Jueiz is a very nice young man.

Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditiong came out to cut and cap my irrigation system. I can't say enough great things, James C. came out and quoted me first. He was so pleasant to work with. I was on the schedule initially and the morning of there was an emergency and they needed to reschedule me. The office staff was also so kind and apologetic for the change in plans. She got me right back on for another day. I was so delighted to see James was the plumber that came out to complete the job. He was professional and polite. I can't not say enough good things!

We have used Raymond Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for as long as I can remember for our house in Lorain since I was a kid (We’re talking back in the 60’s, when they were just “Raymond Plumbing & Heating”!), and once I moved out of Lorain, I had missed the professional and personalized service we had always received from them. I live in Strongsville now, and after trying a few different plumbers in the area, I truly came to appreciate what I had with them. I decided to give them a call and ask if they could service out here in Strongsville, and I was very happily surprised when they said “yes”! We just had Juelz, a newer plumber for them stop out and do some work for us, and review another job that I will need done soon, and it was so refreshing to have someone come in that was friendly and just wanting to do the best job he could do. We didn’t get what I now have termed as the “plumber’s attitude”, which I have seen with the other companies I have tried in our area - where they come in acting like I’m lucky that they are giving me the time of day, Juelz was very friendly and professional, and really reenforced why we stuck with Raymond Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for so many years in the first place. We are actually getting our condo ready for sale, and are moving to North Ridgeville, and am thrilled to learn they will also be able to service us there!

I had an ancient hot water tank replaced and a leak fixed (both required some extra work). Juelz was the technician sent - if you see him, you can rest assured the job will be done well and finished to specification. Happily answered my questions, I cannot recommend him and Raymond Plumbing enough. Five stars!

Today I had Raymond Plumbing repair a shower drain problem and was very happy with the service and price . My plumber today was Jim Carpenter , he was very professional and a really nice guy to talk to. He explained everything he had to do and did an excellent job. This was my first experience with Raymond and have to say I'm glad I called them.

James Carpenter did a great job on an outside faucet repair. The water line ran through my living room concrete slab and the fear was busting up the concrete to get access to the problem. James was able to make the repair without disrupting the slab. He was incredible completing the job and saving me a huge expense. I would highly recommend James and Raymond plumbing. Thank you!
