Had another great experience with Raymond PH&A. Plumber Repairman Juelz, repaired a kitchen faucet leak problem. He was very friendly, respectful and professional. He immediately spotted the problem, resolving the issue...not rushing thru. His focus, patience and attention to detail was exceptional. Juelz demonstrated confidence and an assuredness in his skills, and will have a successful future in his specialized field. Juelz demonstrated to be committed to performing quality work, building customer trust, and reflecting a positive and professional reputation...a great asset to Raymond PH&A. Have 2 toilets that needed repair. Called Raymonds & they were able to send someone that day. Juelz F. came and was able to see the problems and suggest solutions. He explained what he could do and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. After completing the work, he showed me what he did. I was very pleased with his work. I appreciated that Juelz could explain to me what he did so that I could understand. No jargon. Great job!!

They scheduled very quickly for Zack to replace a fill valve after our toilet stopped working. He was early, efficient, kind, professional, and did a fantastic job leaving the area clean. Toilet works great! Our 1st time with this company & highly recommend.

Zachary, arrived on time. We showed him what we needed done. He got to work and completed three drain replacements, two toilet wax ring replacements and replaced and outside water line under the kitchen sink. Excellent work done in a timely manner.

Had a kitchen faucet installed by Juelz, he was very professional in explaining what he was going to do. There was a little problem in getting it to fit right, but he worked around it and had it installed very quickly. He cleaned the work site up when down. I would highly recommended Raymond Plumbing.

I had a pretty decent slab leak that started about a month ago. Juelz was more than helpful, patient and did an extremely wonderful job of explaining everything to me. He's a hard worker, passionate and was able to quickly fix the leak under the slab. I also got new 1/4 turn ball valves for my manifold so I could easily turn the water on and off in my house. Juelz was out in the deep February cold for two days straight. He was covered in mud, wet, cold and did not complain once. He was extremely professional, efficient and knoweldgable. I would recommend Juelz at Raymond plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work done. I hope I never need to use them again but if I do, I'll definitely request Juelz! 10/10 service and the price was very fair. I couldn't recommend this company and tech more!
