Jacob came out and installed a dishwasher and many new valves.

He did a great job. One nice thing I noticed is that while he was waiting for parts to be delivered, on his own initiative he cleaned the kitchen sink faucet.

After he was done I couldn't believe how much more water pressure came out of it.

Juelz was very professional and detail oriented. Time will tell if his work was acceptable. He installed a separate water line for our future lawn irrigation system.

When it's below freezing and the furnace goes out, it's rather nice to have a company like Raymond come out quickly, figure out the problem, and fix it in a short amount of time.
And to have a technician like Mr. Gargasz arrive with a friendly attitude, doesn't always happen.

Excellent service! I had a Carrier humidifier installed on my furnace, the tech, Jason was super nice and left everything nice and neat. He answered my questions that I had.

Came out within 45 min of my call. James was excellent! Knowledgeable, efficient, explained everything. Highly recommend!!

my dad lives in a house built in 1960's that still had an old round shutoff for the main water line coming in, which is a problem because they go bad and you find you can't shut off the water. Wanted to replace with a better one...Called Raymond Plumbing and Heating, talked to Christina, she totally knew what I was talking about and called the city to arrange for them to come out and shut off water, etc.. I called on a Tuesday, the job was done on Friday morning, less than $250! And the guy from Raymond was great...If I lived in town I would be using this company for my own stuff as well but I'm an hour out of town....they are GREAT!

From start to finish, Raymond Plumbing did such a great job. Juelz was prompt, professional and courteous. He explained the process and kept me updated every step of the way. I had a bathtub faucet that was dripping pretty bad. Juelz had to cut the access panel a bit to get to it, he installed a new valve and now I have a nice new shower faucet that doesn't drip! So first time using Raymond Plumbing and Heating... Awesome experience. Had used another outfit in years past with not so good results. They were trying to tell me my entire HVAC system needed replaced. Turns out it doesn't. That other company also was having me clean my duct work system every year. Turns out I don't need to.

I had my water heater replaced by James. He was courteous and very professional. Explained everything that he was doing and in my opinion he did an excellent job. He also cleaned up afterwards.

Really disappointed in my second experience with them. Had them out to install a new garbage disposal and was impressed with their quality of work etc. Called on the weekend again for an emergent drain issue in my basement and instead of being told we don't handle that, was told the on-call tech would call me. After waiting 23 hours for a return call (and not being able to use the water in my house) I called again only to be told that they don't service drains and to call someone else. To be clear, zero issue that it's not something they service, but waiting 23 hours for a return call and then having to be the one to follow-up, doesn't exactly make this a business I would recommend (which is a shame because I liked them so much on my first service call).

I had another company out who wanted to do $8000 worth of work on my sewer. A Raymobd Plumbing came to my rescue! Cleared and checked my pipes and assured me there was no reason to spend that kind of money. Very honest and trustworthy. Can't recommend highly enough.
