Darrien was amazing. He cleaned my stairs for free (without being asked), went above and beyond by moving a ton of furniture to clean the floor, and on top of that, he was almost 30% cheaper than the 2 other quotes that I got.

They are fraudsters that don’t give you a receipt. They have a 15 percent credit card transaction fee. Also, they will walk all over your carpet in dirty shoes with the excuse of chemicals. Carpet cleaning for them is rushed 30 minutes. They should be out of business on how miserably they treat woman. They will block your phone calls once they get the money. Stay away from unethical businesses. They charged double of what they have quoted here!

Did not clean the spots. If you want a clean carpet and have no spots,these are your guys. Had coupon and paid twice the coupon price, with no spot cleaning. I would not recommend.

Darrin and his boss were spot on. My 20 year old carpet looks great. Better than I could have hoped for. And all for a better price than the others. Go w clean brite.

Discovered CleanBrite Carpet Cleaning through a mail-in advertisement. The price I was quoted over the phone was the price I paid. The technician, Darin, was incredibly thoughtful, courteous, and kept us informed throughout the process - even going as far to ensure the scent from the disinfectant wouldn’t give my pregnant wife a headache. Would highly recommend this company and service to anyone!

Darrin just left my home and I have to say I am completely satisfied. My home smells so much cleaner in the air is so much lighter. Lord only knows the last time the vents were cleaned before I bought my house a couple years ago. Darrin took really good care of my vents, talked to me about what was going on, and was incredibly professional and kind. I highly recommend using them and I I will be reaching out to them for carpet cleaning as soon as I have some home renovations wrapped up.

I had B&B cleaning and they did a lousy job cleaning the carpet and my furniture smelled like musty mildew, and my carpet wasn’t even cleaned. It looked the same as what it was before they even did anything, but we didn’t even pre-treat the spots or the extra traffic area and then when I called to get a redo and they called me up and yelled at me and complained and didn’t want to do it and said they’ll give me a refund on the carpet but not the furniture. They’re very rude and unprofessional and they only have one crew that’s it for their whole company and I wouldn’t have them come back and do it again. These guys were great. He was very professional. He moved the furniture. I didn’t have to tell him what to do. He automatically moved it and he put it back and he cleaned it and he took his time and didn’t rush And when he moved the one piece of furniture, he goes well boy that’s clean I said yeah can you tell that they didn’t clean around the other part of the furniture so they did a wonderful job I guarantee they are the best I would recommend them to do any Carpet cleaning. Or furniture cleaning

Major concern when the owner of the company, Doug spoke with me, told me to send my pictures and he would get back with me. I gave him several weeks to respond, and nothing! This is a major health and money concern! I would highly recommend having your ductwork inspected with someone else if you have used this company!! As you can see Cleanbrite was hired May 2025 to clean the ductwork by the previous homeowners, I moved in Sept 2025, lifted up my vent covers to disgusting ductwork, I contacted the previous owners, they believed the ductwork was properly cleaned And gave me a copy of the receipt. This obviously was not the case! This is not four months of dust and debris, this is years of dust, that was never removed from Cleanbrite! Doug the owner has not responded to both of my emails. I Highly recommend Green Clean Air! It’s a shame I had to pay another company to clean my ductwork as soon as I moved into my new home, but it was a health concern that had to be taken care of and cleanbrite failed to take accountability! (It’s a shame I had to make this post, all Doug had to have done was to respond and reimbursed me) (I hate giving companies, bad reviews, this is not my character!)

The rug has sticky stuff all over it. He (service tech) wanted to complain about rolling the clothing rack in a room to do underneath it because it wobbled. He claimed he did but I didn’t see him move it. You could tell he rushed and wanted in and out and he was kinda rude honestly.
He did a rush job. He knew it was a small job so he wanted to do it fast and make that money.
He acted all judges like one carpet was in such horrible condition and so terrible to begin with and it wasn’t that bad.
He made rude comments and judgement throughout his service.

Michael from Vesco cleaned my mom and sisters house. Did a great job! So pleased with the results. Would recommend to anyone looking for a carpet cleaner. Michael was wonderful to work with.
