Unfortunately I had high expectations seeing they performed the fertilization/weed control service to one of my neighbors lawns and it looked great. My lawn looks worse now than it did last year when I did the fertilization /weed control with off the shelf products. My lawn is about 30% weeds and I have already cancelled for next year.

Aiden, a tech with Kapp's was very helpful in keeping my lawn healthy and green. I've been using Kapp's for over 7 years.

Grass looked great after the first application, but after that, it was pale and looked malnourished. I had three different types of grass growing in my yard after the first application. Absolutely horrible. All of my neighbors grass looked better than mine and I was the only one that actually paid for service. I would never use them again.

First time I asked the guy when he would be back and very carelessly replied I don’t know. Clearly the communication hair is not good.

We have been a customer of Kapp's for the past three years. When our old lawn service failed us and ruined our lawn, Kapp;'s was there to advise us on the new lawn installation and maintenance. Everything they said was born out in results and the new lawn developed very, very well. We liked them so much, we hired them to maintain our brand new lawn for your new house.

Kapp's provide service for me at my home, and to many of the customers of the company for which I work. I can't say enough good things about them! The are above and beyond great to work with from both sides. Brandy in the office is friendly, efficient, and reliable and gets things done right away. Rob, the service manager, is just the same. They all really care about their customers. They are wonderful at solving problems before they even occur, but if there is any concern, they jump to correct it. I am very pleased about every aspect of doing business with Kapp's Green Lawn. :)

I called on a Monday for an application that I wanted within 2 weeks and they showed up the very next day. I wasn't here when they showed but they sure listened to my concerns and addressed them.

I've been a customer for a few years now. Over the years other lawn service companies have tried to pressure me into 6 or sometimes more lawn applications a year. During my conversation with Bob (the owner I believe) a few years ago, I suggested 4 applications and if needed add additional. He was supportive and gave no resistance to my suggestion. He suggested I set my mower on the highest cut setting and give him one year, which I did and I couldn't be more happy with my yard (Best its looked ever).

Fast forward to today, I received a telephone call from Grace, Highland Rd. Office I'm guessing. She wanted to remind me about my bill, which I had completely forgotten about. She was extremely pleasant and forgiving of my oversight. During this conversation we discussed how the owner writes notes or suggestions or tips on the bill he leaves fastened to the door after each application. I mentioned the fact I've been seeing more ants this year and she suggested I try their foundation insect application. I signed up for this treatment and I'm hoping its as successful as the lawn applications have been.

Note to Owner (If its still Bob): You're fortunate to have Grace as an employee, she is truly an extension of you and talks to your customers just as you would.

After only the 1st application my lawn is looking great!!! My tech, Robert B. really got it right. I requested him for the entire season. Thanks again Kapps!

Kapp’s has always done a great job . My lawn has never looked better.. so much that my neighbors have started using Kapp’s also!

We began using Kapp's at the start of the 2021 season. When I recently received a call asking if we wanted to add a grub control application, I mentioned that there was a concern following a lawn treatment. The very next morning, the Kapp's branch manager came to our property to address my concern. I hadn''t asked for this nor did I expect it, but it solidified my trust in this company. Customer service like that doesn't exist anymore, and it has earned Kapp's my future business without a doubt. Thanks Bob, for demonstrating such excellent dedication and service to your customers!

Just started using Kapp's service this spring. Couldn't be happier. My yard is looking much better and the dandelion and weed problems have disappeared after 2 treatments. We signed up for the 6 treatment program. Lawn is greener and grass is growing better. When I called with concerns Kapp's followed up within a week, at no charge. Our Kapp's guy who treats the yard is courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this company's services.

It was a little wet, but the technician was careful not to make any ruts in my grass, did a great job, so far I am pleased with how you work

Still keeping my grass perfect. They've been keeping my lawn looking great and trees healthy for several years in Medina. Helpful and friendly on the phone anytime I need to talk to them.

My lawn is weed free and healthy. Without Kapp's, it would be full of weeds and grubs or other turf-eating pests we've dealt with in the past. It's a huge relief not to have to worry about that, and it adds a lot to the curb appeal. Buying all the products and treating the lawn ourselves is just as expensive so it's a great value!
