Thank you Kapps for helping to make our grass finally look lush and green. I special shout out to our technician, Robert Bonilla, for all his suggestions in regards to returning the yard back to its former glory.

We first used Kapp's to get weeds and plantains out of our yard when we moved in. We thought we could maintain it after that, but we need them year after year to keep our yard looking great!

⭐ 1-Star Review: Overpriced and Still No Results

I signed up for this service expecting to pay around $40 a month, but it quickly turned into hundreds of dollars. Every bill I looked at was $400 or more, which is outrageous for what I actually received.

Another problem is their timing — they often come out the day before rain is expected. Treatments get washed away, and for the prices they charge, I would expect better scheduling and better judgment.

And despite paying all this money, my lawn is still lifting up as if there are grubs underneath, the same issue they were supposed to fix two years ago. After everything I’ve spent, the problem is still there.

Overpriced, poorly planned, and ineffective. I would not recommend this service.

My lawn looks the worst on my block. They promised to come out in 2 weeks to do a list of things to try and bring the lawn back. They never showed up to do what they said they would do. Instead they can out and fertilized which delayed them doing what they promised. I didn't pay their last bill and my lawn still looks awful. Dead areas and plenty of weeds remain. I am looking for another company to repair what I was left will since last fall.

Kapp’s is great! Their customer care is the difference! The grass isn’t growing and they just stopped by and pruned my flower beds for me. They keep my lawn green all summer long. Sometimes the grass is greener on the other side.

I had a great experience with Dylan servicing My lawn today. What stuck out to me most was his professionalism and the way he was communicating with me in regards to my yard my expectations and needs… I’ve had technicians calm and just tear up my lawn as it Retains a lot of water in the front… Dylan took the time to have me review the wet spots so we could avoid any damage while applying the fertilizer… I hope Dylan is my rap all year long as last year they rotate technicians. In my opinion, having the same technician allows them to learn about the property, the wet spots, and in the end, avoid any damage get better results in a happier customer. Thanks again to Dylan. Keep up the great work.!!

I've used Kapp's as my lawn care service provider for several years now. Just as they promised the very first season, if they were given the opportunity my lawn would be the best looking on my street, they were absolutely correct. I strongly recommend there service for that reason, but just as important is the level of customer service they provide is second to none. Keep up the good work Kapp's Crew.

Awesome company that adds to the society!

Received a thorough estimate with recommendations on prolonging and improving the health of some older trees. That set them apart from the others. They trimmed 5 large trees, removed 2 dead pines, laid down a small group of dead ash trees, about 20 of them, and added a cable in a tree close to the house for safety. Completed everything in two days. The crew was very professional and thorough. Would recommend. Thanks again for the great work.

I was very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. The crew was very hard working. I have noticed over the last few years that so many companies, particularly yard work services, seem to just want to come in and hurry up and get the job done but I did not get that feeling at all from the Davey crew. I am very happy with the results! They also installed hardware in a big tree for a tree swing!

I’ve used Davey for many projects over the years. They are responsive and very knowledgeable, with employees who are enthusiastic and hard working. Their Resources branch are great for native species plantings. I highly recommend them!

Hired twice for gutter installation and repair. Quality work and great follow up after the job.

I could write a novel explaining this awful experience, but the summary version is: over priced, sub-standard work, messy, unprofessional, adding extra work and responded with attacks and lies at the slightest criticism of the poor work.

Do yourself a favor and find someone else with a personal recommendation. I wish I had because I'm stuck having to pay someone else to fix their mistakes.

Not sure where these other glowing reviews and recommendations came from, but they are not even slightly representative of my experience.
