I hired TruCleans to do a deep clean of my house. I'd been very busy in my job and had not been able to clean in a month. My house was quite dirty. I left a very long list for them and asked them to start at the top and get as much done as they could. To my surprise, they did the entire list within the allotted time I'd hired them for. When I got home, my house was spotless! Every surface...the stove, window sills, light fixtures, floors were the cleanest they've ever been. I had high expectations and TruCleans exceeded them. They did a fantastic job and cleaned things that weren't even on my long list. I would 100% hire them again. In fact, I did!! The next day I hired them to power wash my concrete walkway which had been stained by mulch. It's now sparkling white. I couldn't recommend TruCleans any more emphatically. I will be hiring them to deep clean my house again, for sure.

I just had my first visit by Trucleans. My young ladies, Dariah and Jasmine were a marvel! They were fast and efficient, but still could be pleasant and patient with an elderly woman who spends too much time alone! That’s a gift! Yes, I am keeping them, as long as they aren’t afraid to come back!😁

The cleaners Laurie and Anastasia were very good. They did a really good job, everything was done to my satisfaction. The communication with company was also excellent.

The staff they send out for each appointment are always nice, friendly and of course very thorough! I really like the text updates TruCleans provides to keep the homeowner in the loop of when service will take place. A++++

I have used cleaning companies all my life and never had them come back after the first cleaning because it never lived up to my standards… and then I tried TruCleans and I’m going on my second year using them! They are prompt, professional and super detailed when cleaning! I will never use anyone else! Amazing service from start to finish! Cannot say enough good things!

I was thoroughly impressed with what a wonderful job the cleaning crew did, seeing how it was such a big house. They were also able to get me in last minute, which I truly appreciated. When I did a walk through of the house after the crew left, I noticed a few spots that still needed cleaning. I emailed and got a response right away saying that they would come back the next day to finish the job at no extra charge. I will definitely be using B&A again!

I have been using TruCleans for years now (previously when they were Dolly Maids as well) and they always do an excellent job. I feel comfortable and confident when they are in my home while I’m at work, and they are extremely consistent and always on time. I would highly recommend them and I did try other companies before I found Trumaids and they were best.

TruCleans is outstanding! I always get a reminder text which helps us so much. The awesome crew is always on time, very respectful & trustworthy. We have children in our home, & the cleaning crew will work around us beautifully. I highly recommend this well- run cleaning service!

B&A consistently meets or exceed expectations. They leverage technology to be great communicators about times, arrival, etc. So how is the house? My place looks great. They executed my hit list and more. They are very earnest about doing what you want even in a standard cleaning. They sent people who love dogs, which I asked for but helps since he follows them around. I have guests coming and my house is spotless. Thank you! 🙏🏻

The TruClean maids are hardworking and very thorough in their cleaning! The previous cleaners I had, at the same price, can't come close to the quality of work by TruCleans. I would highly recommend this cleaning company. Very easy to work with, too!

We were looking for a maid service super last minute. They were willing to fit us in and did an amazing job! They were so great to work with - very concerned about making sure they covered everything we wanted. They were right on time and worked quickly. They even sent us some before and after photos. I have never seen our oven so clean! I’m really glad we used them.

They manage the entire process efficiently so you do not need to worry which is needed as a busy professional. They are also flexible and adaptable. You receive the services you need, when you need them. They are professional and make sure they follow all Covid-19 requirements. They are even so nice and friendly to my two children, which makes them feel at ease when they are here cleaning. I also recently had hip surgery and they don’t make me feel like I am in the way while they are here and make sure I’m safe. Trucleans exceeded my expectations! I have been trying different cleaner companies for the past 3 yrs and do think that Trucleans have a level of thoroughness that my house needed. They went above and beyond with the detailing! I am a very detail oriented person so I really appreciated that!

The team that arrived at my house was not only timely, but extremely courteous and friendly.
There was a small snafu with the person that booked my cleaning...she did not include all the spaces that I had gone over, which caused the team to be there longer than planned. But they were wonderful, and added on all the spaces that were left off the quote.
They were efficient, and were done in just over 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them!

Also mostly get the same crew for each cleaning so they really know how you like your home cleaned. Never had to look twice after they clean. Very happy with their work!

Just had my condo cleaned for the 1st time, must admit I was a little leery but to my surprise they did a great job. It was wonderful to have a feeling of it's all done you can relax now lol at least for awhile. Thanks to the 2 that did their job with ease.
