I absolutely love the service I receive every month with TrueClean. I started using them during the pandemic and they have been excellent. They communicate well, are flexible, and make immediate corrections if needed. I highly recommend them. 10/10 RECOMMEND 😊

It's so good to come home to a clean house. TruCleans not only does a great job cleaning, they add special flourishes that make the house look extra nice--perfect lines on the carpets and bathmats, and folded toilet paper edges, to name a few. The employees are always very nice and professional, they even greet our pets! I highly recommend them. I could never keep the house so clean myself.

We had to change our house cleaning company after our long-service time with a previous company dropped their residential services and switched to commercial cleaning, only. We loved them and were nervous about switching (first world problem!). We found TruCleans last year and are so happy we did. Their communication is top notch (texts and emails for upcoming services or any changes in schedules), the teams that come to our house bi-weekly are thorough, prompt, ask us if we need anything special, and are so detail oriented. They're also quick, without cutting any corners. Again, we're so happy we found them. It only makes us love them more when they are kind to our neurotic dog and nosy cats. Thank you! Have used Chari and her services for years and I love working with them! I appreciate that they are a company that comes in and cleans my entire house in roughly 2 hrs. They are very efficient and I love all the texts they send out giving you reminders and updates ex: you have a cleaning in 7 days, you have a cleaning tomorrow, we are on our way to your house to begin cleaning, we have arrived at your house to clean, we have finished cleaning etc. It's super helpful when planning out your day with kids etc. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend TruCleans to everyone! I am extremely picky about how my home is clean and if I’m going to pay someone to do it it needs to be better than me, well this company is it and more! I have been using TruCleans for years and will continue to use them for many more to come. They are extremely efficient, prompt, friendly and precise. I use TruCleans for a monthly whole-house cleaning and am very pleased with their service. The ladies who do the work are friendly and thorough, and pay attention to the areas I ask them to. They always do extra little touches like folding hanging towels nicely, arranging my kids’ stuffed animals cutely, and organizing my laundry room counter. It’s not a DEEP clean, because that’s not what it’s supposed to be. It is very much a top-to-bottom reset of my household cleanliness that I can maintain throughout the next 4 weeks.

TruCleans is great to work with! They're professional, friendly, and good at what they do! Communication is always quick and easy. I also had a mishap with our hot water heater one morning when they were on their way, and they were very quick to provide a solution in a stressful situation! Definitely recommend!

TruCleans did a move-in deep cleaning on our house and did a fantastic job. They paid attention to detail and were meticulous in cleaning everything they said they would clean, including inside the fridge and inside cabinets. They are not the cheapest company but you will get what you pay for! I certainly recommend them for a one-time clean.

I used TruCleans twice so far and I've been satisfied with the results. On both occasions, I had a team of 3 come by my house (I live in a 4000+ square feet house), and they took their time (4hours+) to make sure the house was clean. My wife and I work from home, and they were very good about working around us. We also have a dog, and the staff was very dog friendly and didn't mind my dog following them around everywhere. The price for each clean was also very reasonable given the size of my house. And, booking is pretty easy to coordinate and modify via their website or via text. I'll continue using TruCleans every 4 weeks.

We are moving into a new home that wasn’t taken care of by the previous owners. We decided to have professional cleaners come in to help us get things in order. They did such an incredible job cleaning, I didn’t even know the place could look like this! They truly put everything into their work and it shows! I cannot thank them enough, will definitely be using this company again!

This is the best service I've used in my 30+ years as a homeowner. Their cleaning is first rate! They actually train their employees, so there is both excellence and consistency. Every person who has come to my house has been a pleasure to work with. I also like that they wear uniforms. It adds professionality.

Patti and her team are absolutely phenomenal. Super responsive and organized (schedule changes and payment all done online). They left my house spotless, even cleaned my shower heads which we were planning on replacing due to rust (not anymore!).
