Kapps’s Cleveland branch is absolutely awesome. My lawn was in really bad shape just 3 months ago. With their applications and instruction now it looks great!!! Not only does my lawn look great but the technician , the management as well as the customer service dept are great as well. Good going Kapps.

Despicable service from Kapps. Their technician rutted our lawn during their service. They initially denied any damage but later admitted the damage. Lied about fixing it. The supervised was a complete joke telling me he’s giving me an opportunity to fix it. They clearly don’t have any respect or value for paying customers. What once used to be a good company has been ruined by horrible management from Robert and Jim.

Kapp's Lawn Care is a very dependable service. They do a fine job taking care of your lawn, cleaning up and pruning needed shrubs and trees. They are reasonable and keep your property looking neat and attractive.

Kapp's technian came in performed her job without disturbing our activities. She left signage in clear view. They have been great so far this year.

I’ve never taken the time to write a review before. But Kapp’s has exceeded my expectations. The company and its employees are knowledgeable and have answered and helped in every way I’ve needed. I wouldn’t go to another lawn care company.

Our Kapp's technician does an excellent job of applying products to our yard, especially with our uneven and potentially challenging terrain. The lawn looks great; thick, green, and weed-free.

Our last lawn service killed our grass last year. We hired Kapps in late summer and they did a great job bringing our lawn back to its thick beauty. Very pleased. 😊

He is extremely knowledgeable with respect to what weeds and adverse lawn conditions I sometimes encounter and how to properly treat them. I also really appreciate how dependable and courteous and friendly Rob is, and how he takes great pride in the services he administers. Because of everything I just mentioned, I will continue to have Robert Ols and Kapp's take care of my lawn for many years to come!!!

Kapps has been absolutely fantastic for my lawn. I tried to DIY lawn feeding the first three years at my home with unsatisfactory results until I called Kapps for assistance. My lawn is thick and dark green now. They come out to do soil samples every year so they know exactly what your lawn needs. Highly recommended.

After trying 3 different lawn companies in the first 3 years of owning our new house, we finally tried Kapp's. Our lawn has never looked this healthy, lush, and green before! The service techs are very helpful with suggestions in between treatments and photos to explain what's going on, and they are a real pleasure to work with. Kapps Green Lawn which I used for the last 10 years continually does a great job on my lawn but now Ihave them doing my winter prunning on my scrubs & roses along with other garden plants for the second year and another outstanding job . The crew of 5 working in sync, did a great manicure and great clean up as well.

Rich with Kapp's Green Lawn has been treating my lawn for about five years now. With his care, the lawn looks full and green with no weeds in sight. In the fall, I have decorative bushes trimmed up, keeping them well shaped and healthy. Very happy with all services and the knowledge Rich brings when caring for my lawn. One time I was at the bar drinking a couple of beers and decided to get a quote for core aeration. No more than 2 minutes after submitting the quote request form, I get a call from the sales rep with a quote that beat everything else I had gotten at that point. Cheaper than the one day rental at home depot or lowes and I didn't even have to leave my bar stool. What more could you ask for.
