Had new hvac put it less then 2 years ago, having problems every week and they want to charge me 89.99 for service charge and it’s under Warranty??

Future Air installed my system six years ago. I called for service and they told me they don't service my area. But at the time they installed it. It was not a problem, nor would it be in servicing it. What happened?

I have a dual-fuel system and I wasnt getting any heat. Nick showed up diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also did the yearly service maintenance while he was at it. Super friendly and great work!

Called Apollo first and they quoted me a $2,500 part or a full system replacement for $8,700. Friends and family said give this company a try. David came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem right away for less than $200.

Came out to our house twice in one month. The first time they said it was just the filter which we changed. The second time they told us it was working fine.... their exact words were, "it seems fine, I don't know what to tell you," and it was $89 each time. We called since we had to keep calling them back. They told me they would waive the second service charge since it was twice in one month. Then they cashed the check anyway and over drafted our bank account.

I asked Future Air to give me a second opinion for recharging my AC system. They were ~72% less expensive than HELP! Highly recommend Future Air. Fast, friendly and reasonably priced.

Future air had been to my house at least 3 times to fix problem and never did fix it. They replaced thermostat that did not need replaced. Spent hundreds of dollars and until als heating came and fixed it in 10 min. We still had the problem

When my AC went out were responsive in getting the unit back up and running. Later in the year they replaced my air conditioner and furnace. Adam and his team do high quality work at a very reasonable cost.

Very knowledgeable, explained the issue causing our AC to fail and gave us some tips on ways to help prevent it from recurring once they fixed it. They even caught wiring that was done incorrectly by the previous contractors and corrected that for us too. The best around!

Woke up to a dead AC system so I called Future Air based on proximity and reputation and I'm glad I did. The technician squeezed me in between calls and was able to get my system back up and running within an hour. He was extremely professional and didn't upcharge me for services he said would be a waste of time and money on a system that old. They'll be the place I call when it comes time to completely replace it. Thanks guys!

Bought a complete HVAC from them 8 years ago with a 10 extended parts and labor warranty (which we paid extra for). our first service call came this year and after several attempts to fix the AC unit, we where told that they could not fix the problem and to call the manufacturer directly. That we where costing them too much money.

I've been using them for about 4 years now. I think I've met majority of their staff and they are all super friendly, extremely professional, helpful, and very courteous. Had our ac unit stop working today (sunday) and they came out within an hour to look it over and will be back tomorrow to replace the bad part. I highly recommend them for all HVAC work!

Nick was fantastic, his troubleshooting was logical. He educated me on my system when i asked, friendly, respectfully clean with my home, and fixed my issue.
I am new to the area, and they have a customer for life.
The national companies are trained more in suggestive sale than they are on repairs.
It's just so hard to trust HVAC companies now a days, i am so glad i found a local one that i can.

pretty disappointed with this company. We paid a lot of money to get a new HVAC system from them and it's still under warranty but is currently having some issues. I find it ridiculous they are still trying to charge us a service charge of $90 to come out and look at it.

I had these folks install ductwork in my basement as part of my basement remodel. They were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job and completed the work very quickly. When I had a follow up question after inspection, the technician called me personally to talk through the issue and did a great job of helping me understand. I have every intention of using these guys again.
