We were in need of some help with our furnace. We had uneven heating between floors of our home. We weren’t sure what the issue was so decided to get a few estimates to diagnose. Kings Heating and Air came highly recommended on Nextdoor. Chris quickly returned my text and was able to fit us in promptly. He completed a thorough inspection of the system based on the issues we described. He provided 2 different options taking the time to explain each in detail. We were pleasantly surprised to learn the system isn’t as old as we thought and there were some options available besides replacement. We decided to look no further!

The repairman didn’t speak English. That was a bit of a problem. He did a good job and knew his trade. Our machine needed quite a few parts replaced. The technician was able to get used parts, thus saving us quite a bit on the repair. He was a great guy, and did a wonderful job

Sergei did a great job- he installed a garbage disposer and totally cleaned all the lint from our dryer. He cleaned up after himself and the price was very fair.

Ilya is very knowledgeable and reliable technician. I have been working with him for the past few years and highly recommend him. I used to have a local company service my HVAC but they informed me I need to change the entire system (to my surprise). Fortunately, I contacted Ilya for a second opinion and it turned out that I needed a small part replaced rather than the entire system. I appreciate his honesty and hope other will find the same experience.

I contacted Fuse after hours, and the called me back the next morning, and was able to get a technician to our house that afternoon. Unfortunately, our dryer was getting extremely hot and stopping before our clothes were dry after changing out our heating element. I called them back and the sent the tech back out and replaced the heating element the same day again, and it worked perfectly. I assume the first heating element they installed was bad, and they quickly rectified the issue. I would use them again due to their quick response, and willingness to come back and correct an unresolved issue.

Tech you sent was extremely helpful; IDed the problem and also took the time to be sure my washing machine was level. No more leaks!
