We used Ilya at Fuse HVAC many times throughout last several years at different properties for various reasons and tasks: troubleshooting, repair (control panel), maintenance and inspection for the new property. Every single time we were extremely satisfied with professionalism, knowledge, quality of work and quick response! This is critical because typically our issues were either during extreme heat or freezing temperatures. Thank you and definitely recommend for everyone to use!!

My ultimate goal of getting a water leak fixed on my refrigerator wasn't solved, but due to the circumstances I let it roll off. The tech was friendly as we communicated with Google Translate and once he realized he had no way to help me with a relatively easy fix, he packed up. I would have been a little upset if I had to pay anything, but when I thought he was going to tell me how much the no-help was going to cost, he showed me a translation saying he "could not in good conscience take any money" from me. I'm pretty handy and can fix a lot of things. I just wanted help as I took care of other things. I knew what the problem was, I just thought a person with a truck full of tools and parts could have taken care of it. I will fix it myself this weekend. So why 5 stars? He tried, he was courteous, and he didn't ask for any money. I'm sure his day was long as his wife called while he was at my house, and I am happy with the 2nd opinion on the issue. I will call them again.

Fuse just saved me thousands of dollars. I had another big company tell me my furnace needed to be replaced, so I called Fuse just to get a second quote. After looking at the system they told me it was only a $600 fix! They could have taken advantage of the situation and only quoted me for the replacement, but they took the extra time to look into it and do what was best for me. I’m really impressed at their honesty and expertise and I will definitely be using them again.

The technician was on time and very professional. He did a great job on the stove repair.

Sergev was amazing, he took my entire dryer apart very quickly and fixed it at once. No need for him to return. My dryer was very old but he fixed it easily. I am so happy to not have to buy a new one which is good for the environment. I always feel bad throwing away appliances if it is possible to fix them. Thank you Sergev!!!

They installed an external vent above my stove, not a huge job but they were quick and efficient, did not have to wait long. Price seemed reasonable as well.

Ilya came out to my home a couple times when I requested more searching of my system to diagnose it correctly. Even though his original diagnose was correct, he was kind and walked me through his whole process. I had a different company complete a repair on my AC compressor and he was able to describe in detail what the issues were with the installation so that I could understand why the process had not been completed correctly and understand what my follow up steps should be. As a new home owner, I could not be happier with his willingness to go above and beyond the service that my warranty contracted him for. I plan on contracting him for future repairs on my home.

They did a really nice job. It required a second visit because the part he had in the truck wasn’t the correct one but they came back out 2 business days later at no additional charge. I would definitely use them again.The tech was excellent.

Sergei did a great job at a very fair price. My dryer was making a loud noise when running requiring a new drum idler pulley. Sergei made the repair replacing the idler pulley and cleaned the inside of the machine. I would recommend this company. Scheduling was done online on Sunday evening and the repair was done at 1:00 on Monday.

Ilya Volchyk is a true professional. The response time was excellent and he was very patient, explaining the issue and possible solutions. At no time I felt pressured to proceed with a repair, which luckily was not very serious. This is 2nd time we have used this company with the same positive outcomes. Would confidently recommend Ilya's expertise to anyone with HVAC service needs.

Terrible experience. Was desperate and trying to save money so I r as a couple reviews and trusted what I read. Please read this one if you are like me. Darren (I think) who runs it seems nice and like he is trying but the language barrier made it a rough experience all the way around. Took three visit with the technician who couldn't speak English and had to us Google translate in order to communicate. They ended up refunding me and making things right so I truly believe they are not bad people but the my experience was completely unsatisfactory. Ended up being without a fridge for a month due to the back and forth.

Absolutely fabulous service from Fuse HVAC. Very prompt, professional and courteous service. I have dealt with a number of HVAC companies and technicians for quite a bit of time but nobody treated our problem and cared for us like the way Fuse HVAC did. Ilya is fantastic to work with and very knowledgeable. A problem with our HVAC which has been stuck for a while now was resolved by Fuse the moment they were entrusted to do the job. Great job with our HVAC (replacing condenser and coil), Fuse ! Way to go and keep up the service !!

Thank you guys for fixing my furnace and replacing the HVAC. The cost was reasonable. Had a negative experience with someone different in the past, so definitely a positive experience in comparison.

Had a tricky issue with my fridge. There was a lot of troubleshooting involved and they had to try many different things and order many different parts. This required a lot of visits but they were eventually able to fix the fridge. Through all of the appointments, my estimate never increased and I was only responsible for the replaced parts and labor for the first appointment. Of course I wish it could have been fixed faster but I appreciate the effort and perseverance. I would recommend them.
