Ilya was very methodical in his approach to solving my issue. He took his time and patiently addressed my questions and concerns. He even wore covers over his shoes to show respect for the interior of my house. So far so good!

LLya was technician and he did a fantastic job getting our air conditioner turned up and freon added where low. He also brought an associate and they were both excellent. We have had Fuse out before and LLya was the technician and did a spectacular job of fixing our heating issue. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fuse for your Hvac and appliance needs

Fuse team was very efficient and easy to schedule. Sergei found a refrigerant leak on the outside unit, repaired it. Ilya checked the inside lines and unit, recommended a thorough cleaning of both inside and outside units. He cleaned the outside unit that day! I was very happy with service and pricing, I highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

The technician was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed in less than an hour.

The bottom line is they fixed my refrigerator in less than an hour. Now it works great and the price was outstanding. I'm very pleased with them and I will use them again!!!

Ilya was great with his knowledge on the furnace, and what needs to be done to repair it. He tried multiple steps so we don't need to replace the whole unit. Luke at the main office was great with scheduling, timely communication and they both ensured we ordered and received the needed furnace parts on time.
