There's a handful of Cincinnati businesses that never disappoint, Wulker Plumbing, Donovan's Auto, Eads Fence, Zins, and Rossman Electric. Whether your job is large or small you can hire Rossman with confidence. Kurt is amazing. He diagnosed our lack of overhead lighting problem within minutes and he also installed two new vanity lights and replacement ceiling fan. There's excellent communication from the office as well. And even in today's economy with inflation being what it is, I honestly feel like the bill was extremely reasonable. Thanks Rossman - you have a satisfied customer for life.

I contacted Rossman Electrical to ask about costs for changing out two ceiling fans and checking our attic vent fan. The office manager gave me specific hourly rates and trip charge. They were booked on the morning I wanted but they were able to rearrange their schedule to accommodate me. The work was done in a professional way and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Rossmann just recently did some electric work when we were having electrical issues in our house. Long story short, they found burnt wires in out attic and saved us from what could have led to a house fire with our aluminum wiring. They also did our home generator. They do awesome work and have outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for future jobs.

Good experience with the Rossmann team. On-time, very knowledgeable, very detailed and thorough. They are expensive, and I would have preferred an estimate prior to the work. But you get what you pay for and overall we're pleased with the results.

Adam Rossmann is the best EVER! Called him at 8pm on a Friday night and he responded immediately, troubleshooted our issue over the phone and with pictures and confirmed we should wait for Duke vs pay him to come for an unnecessary emergency call! Can’t ask for better serice, expertise and honesty! Adam will be our electrician for life and I will recommend him to everyone I know.

Called into Rossman due to an outdoor electrical GFCI issue I couldn’t track down. Seth came out troubleshot my system fixed a bunch of little things and fixed my issues, the techs are great, the back office not so much. The problem and the reason for the 2 star review is because they never bothered to follow up with my RFQ. They came out on 5/2 to repair/bid my additional work. 4 weeks passed and I called asking what that status was. I was informed by Becky that it was still in estimating which I have no idea how it takes that long to put a bid together. Another 2 weeks goes by and I call in again. Becky assured me they were interested in the work and she was going to talk to the estimator and get it moving and get back with me. As of writing 7/3 they never bothered to follow up or provide a bid for work even though they assured me they were interested and would provide a number to accomplish my project. Causing delays to my project and making me scramble to find another company to perform the work as this is part of a larger renovation project While the quality of the repair they did was good, they didn’t value my time and left me in a bad position by not bothering to bid and giving me the run around for 6 weeks before I gave up and had yo look elsewhere.

These folks are outstanding in all areas, The office and admin staff are very respectful and professional. Just very nice people and extremely helpful.
The service manager/estimator was outstanding, he went out of his way to come to the house when he didn't have to after business hours to verify wire gauge and a few other items outside so to give me a quote for a new upgraded panel inside, and without being asked he took his own time to make a correction to my meter box on the outside of the house when he didn't have to do anything and could have charged me. Great guy and very honest.
The electrician who come to the house to install the new upgraded panel/service showed up exactly on time, very respectful, very well-mannered and extremely talented at what he does. This job would have taken most a full day, he was bout 4/5 hours and extremely neat, very well organized and highly professional. Outstanding electrician and just an all-around great guy.
As well in the past they have had another electrician here a couple of times fixing items from previous folks before we bought this house. He again was another outstanding guy, highly professional, excellent electrician and again all around great guy.
I don't say this much, but I would recommend Rossman Electric to anyone for any size job. They are well and faired priced and very honest. This coming from a guy who worked on electrical most of his life and now is in a management role and no longer incensed or have the time.
This is a 5-start company if you ask me.

Adam Rossmann came out the last week of April /22 and then his men did the install of a Generac Generator on May 11, 2022. Adam was on time showing up and providing his quote. He had 3 men come to install the unit. They were on time showing up, worked well as a team, were professional, and finished on time. I highly recommend this company. They have restored my trust in contactors!

I am a First time customer to Rossmann Electric. I needed my back-up Generac Generator started and set-up. Rossmann was easy to work with and schedule an appointment within a few days. The electrician was very polite, helpful and professional. I am very happy with the service I received.

Had Rossmann perform a "sunken meter" repair for us. Flawless service from first contact with the office staff, all the way through estimate, scheduling of work, and techs who came out to perform the job. Every single employee that we interacted with was professional, friendly, and kept us up-to-date the whole way. Could not be happier with the experience.

Rossmann Electric is very professional, from the person who answers the phone to the person who came out to do the work. In my case it was Joe and he did a great job. It included tricky troubleshooting, but he stuck with it and got the job done right. Never used Rossmann Electric before but was referred by the HVAC company I use. I can't say enough about Rossmann Electric and would highly recommend then to anyone.

Bad workers and Worst truck driver in the city !! Who ever drives your electric truck in colerain every morning needs to slow down in the school zone and quit running stop signs !! Kids are in school this guy needs a pep talk or fired !! Slow down guy !! Leave early if u late sir !!!

All communications with Rossman Electric were absolutely succinct. Everything happened as they proposed. Repair made without a hitch. Service man was delightful. Charges are fair and well worth everything they accomplished. I will definitely call Rossman Electric for future electrical issues.

I cannot over state what an outstanding human being the owner of this company is. He is truly a genuine and honest operator. I would trust this person, and his company, with any work you may need done. Period. Full stop.

I contacted Rossmann twice to have work done. 1st a year ago and again about two months ago. Both times the promptly contacted me back asking for more details which I provided including pictures of what needs to be repaired. I was told by Adam multiple times that he would get back to me with a quote, which never happened. I called the office multiple times for a month after being told that I would get a quote a well as emailing them. EVERY time I was told that Adam would get back to me ASAP, which he never did. The last email and call I made asking for an update via email was on July 24th for an initial request made at the end of June and a month later, nothing. They have done work for me in the past and the work was great, but apparently they don’t feel it is necessary to get back to a customer with a promised quote for some reason. I will not be contacting them again.

Had Rossmann install a generac on my primary res. Adam is a great guy to work with and he has a awesome group of guys in his crew. They did a great job and everything went smooth! They care about their work and they care about their customers. Rossmann is the company you want working for you!

Can't THANK Joe and his team enough! Called for service on 4/3 the day after all the bads storms and our house generator wasn't working. They were at my house in under an hour. Joe popped a tent and went to work and did everything he could do to make it happen. I have electric again. Thanks again for all your hard work and working in the rain.

February 2025. I called Megan and she put me on a list for the next week with hope of being called sooner. The next day Rossman Electric called with an opening to check my non-working microwave, plus basement ceiling sockets. Brett arrived and promptly worked to finalize what I failed to be able to do myself. Friendly and fast. Just what I like.

I would love to give a better review. At the beginning of my discovery journey on how to solve a community electric problem and through the course of several phone calls, Adam Rossman was very helpful and full of information . Once we elected which option to go with, I requested an official quote from Adam and thats when he went totally dark. I called multiple times and left multiple voice and text messages over the couse of about 5-6 weeks. A month later I called again and finally was able to get Adam live. He told me he was working on my quote that very day and would get it to me by the next day at the latest. Here we are over a month later and still nothing. Such a nice guy but apparently an untruthful person who apparently is not qualified to do the job he was supposedly very knowledgeable on.

If I could give the Rossman team 100 stars I would.

Every time I reach out they make me feel like I am their only client which I know is not the case. They are responsive they follow through and anticipate issues that may not be clear to me.

They execute high quality work the first time every time.

I was recently in a bad place from a timing standpoint on a building project with permitting and they stepped up and got me taken care of. I would have failed without them.
