Worked with AJ to replace our main line out to the sewer. The location services incorrectly located the lines depth. AJ told me that it's a lot deeper than they anticipated and the equipment onsite wasn't enough to dig to that depth. These guys didn't complain. They got into the trench and dug by hand. They also didn't charge me extra for what was absolutely extra labor. Shows their morals since this wasn't my, the customer's fault it was located improperly. Thanks guys! Definitely sets my mind at ease getting that clay main replaced.

This man woke up in the middle of the night to help with a flooded basement due to a failed sump pump system. This is my parents apartment so we needed help asap to get this water out of the house. He was tiered, wore out, woke up out of bed and had to deal with our mess plus go outside and get slammed with a downpour of rain. Amidst these conditions, this man was pleasant and very nice to deal with. We are happy support a local, family owned company. Thank you so much for coming to our house in the middle of the night.

Had a unexpected water leak from my water heater on Thanksgiving. Called LA Reedy and spoke with AJ. Thankfully they have emergency services and arrived sooner than expected the same day. Chris came and took care of the problem flawlessly. I always appreciate LA Reedy as they are honest, transparent and fair with their prices. You can definitely tell with how they operate that their standard is taking care of their customers. I cannot say enough good things about LA Reedy and the work they do speaks for itself. Will definitely continue to use LA Reedy for any plumbing needs.

was in an emergency situation and although they were slammed, AJ made time to come out. He worked so hard to get the ice out of my drain pipes in freezing cold weather. He was honest and never tried to sell me add ons that wasn't necessary and that's hard to find these days!!

I had an emergency at one of my properties during this winter. I called L.A Reedy. They were out there the same day to do an inspection. Provided a quote and repaired it in a very timely manner. The quality of work was outstanding. The communication is top tier. I had a septic tank problem at a different property. They provided a quote and fixed it the next day, all while sending me pictures and communicating. This company is the definition of family owned and customer focused. We had a toilet seal failure due to the wrong rubber seal being used when our house was built instead of traditional wax seal. AJ and his team came out within the hour that we called and were incredibly knowledgeable, kind and hard working. Even when we didn't know what the issue was at first, they were determined to find a solution! We will forever utilize L.A. Reedy Plumbing for any plumbing needs due to the amazing customer care we received!

Great experience with this company. First time homeowner, first time having to navigate plumbing issues. First was a water heater intake valve leak and the next was a shower cartridge replacement.
Chaunda and AJ are extremely nice people and a breeze to work with. Got scheduled pretty promptly both times. The techs were punctual and respectful of property and time.
Chris was there both times (along with Mike the second time) and he is one of the nicest, most patient people I've ever met. He answered every single one of my (sometimes too many) questions as he worked on the plumbing and explained everything. As an educator myself, I really respect and appreciate that.
I don't have much of an idea of how much one pays for these plumbing issues, but I would rather support local, friendly, and dependable businesses instead of the so-called big corps. Really happy with their services and highly recommended!

Will is a saint. Had an emergency pipe burst due to cold weather and he not only showed up quickly, but finished the job quickly and for an affordable rate. I cannot recommend this company enough.

We had our sump pump fail on New Year's day and water was everywhere in our basement. It was raining really hard and after calling several different companies I was referred to Will from a gentleman from Dry Patrol. Will was able to come and put in a new sump pump within an hour of calling him. He was punctual and efficient. He was also very professional and cleaned up after himself. Even though this was a holiday he did not upcharge us or try to rake us over the coals. If you are looking for an honest and reliable plumber I would recommend his company.

Wow! We ended up having a backed up kitchen sink on a Saturday. We called and were scheduled very quickly! The service was amazing- everything was covered so that there wouldn't be a mess in our kitchen and the clog was completely removed. I would highly recommend Copper Pipe Plumbing Services!

Will is awesome. He is reliable and quick to respond to calls. My sump pump at home had failed on a Sunday. I texted Will and he was at my house within an hour to fix the problem. He saved me what could’ve been thousands of dollars worth of water damage to my home.
