AJ and his team responded late on a Friday night and got us scheduled for a new sump pump first thing Saturday morning. They were incredibly helpful and communicated through everything. I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs.

Aj was referred to me by a family friend so I called him first thing. He came when I was in the middle of an emergency and got me taken care of quick. I appreciate them fitting me into their schedule because without them I wasn't able to take a shower! We had a plumbing issue this evening with the kitchen sink. The pipe broke and water went everywhere! Was about to have a panic attack thinking that we wouldn't be able to get a plumber out so late at night, and on a holiday weekend - so I decided to look up 24 hour plumbers. Came across L. A. Reedy plumbing, saw that they had a 5 star rating, so I read the reviews - and was impressed with what was written about the company, so I decided to give them a call.

Was expecting an answering machine - but was pleasantly surprised that someone answered the phone! I spoke to the owner L.A. Reedy. I explained the situation to him and asked if he could come out tonight because I had to be at work early the following morning. He asked me to send him pictures of the situation and he would get back to me with the assessment. He promptly responded stating that he could be there within the hour.
He came in, saw the problem - and made sure that the issue was taken care of quickly! He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and completed the task in a timely manner. The quality of the work is exceptional!

AJ was awesome! We need to get two new shower heads installed because our old ones were dripping water and the pressure was unbalanced. He was very knowledgeable and professional and we are very happy with our new shower heads!

Turns out there were multiple issues. AJ did a thorough job explaining what was going on and what solutions were recommended. Parts needed were ordered and installed quickly. This company truly delivers on what they advertise—24-hour emergency service. After calling several other companies that only wanted to schedule us during normal business hours, AJ actually answered his phone in the middle of the night on a weekend. He found a way to come out immediately and took care of our issue before it became a major problem. Had a toilet that constantly ran, we tried to fix with no success, all the while paying an astronomical water bill, AJ came and replaced the toilet, water bill went from $130 to $67!!! We highly recommend AJ and team, they are kind, courteous and very professional!

My daughter contacted me almost in a panic. Water heater out…Big Box store contractor arrived to look at/verify job. Went from $1200 to $5000 due to location in house. Claimed would have to remove wall because of small closet location. I knew owners g-pa growing up..the founding LA Reedy, so I knew he came from honest, hardworking genes. Called AJ….he took time immediate to contact my daughters husband..talked about job. Rearranged his schedule a little to go look at. Had unit in next day. Minimal install fee (mostly parts). Made my daughter’s family very happy. Crew was outstanding!

One of our pipes started leaking profusely on New Years Eve. I was expecting to leave a voicemail, but the phone was answered by a human almost immediately. They were extremely responsive, priced very fairly, and obviously care about the work that is done.

I had 4 different plumbing companies come out to replace my upflush toilet and not one of them would work on it till I found AJ! He came out and diagnosed the problem on the first visit. He’s very knowledgeable and does amazing work. He ended up doing a complete basement remodel for me for less than what other companies would have charged just to replace my upflush. I will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them! Thanks AJ and Peyton for all your hard work!

100% recommend! LA Reedy was very professional and provided the best quality of work and availability. AJ and his team (Mike and Chris) were very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. We had a leaky pipe under our kitchen floor and they came over quickly and were able to find out where it was coming from. They let you know what was going on during the whole process and what was being done to fix it. Their pricing was very good too! They kept a very clean work space and left it clean when they were finished. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thanks again LA Reedy!
