I had already convinced myself that LeafGuard was the best option for my situation, before Craig came out for the estimate. He put my mind at ease and reinforced my decision when he went through everything. The product seems even more sturdy and well-built than anticipated.

I had many questions as Im on a budget and he was so informative and helpful to work with me thru the entire process. *UPDATE* 2/17/26 My gutters were installed today by Dave & Brendan. (I didnt get the gutter cutters name but he too was efficient) Dave and Brendan were professional, friendly and efficient. The gutters look GREAT and Im very satisfied. My old gutters were literally falling off with ice & leaves. This was the best product from sales to installation process. A very smooth experience. Thank u all so very much.

Went to the Home and Garden Show in Cleveland last week. I was interested in a complete new gutter system for my 100 year home. I made appointments with a variety of gutter businesses. My first home appointment was with James Underwood representing LeafGuard. James was so professional, and he knew his stuff. I told him that I had other appointments this week. He was fine with that, his presentation was excellent. I wanted to hear from the other companies.....but HE WAS SO GOOD, I signed the same day. I'm happy with my choice. Loved all the warranties. I signed with the best!

Johnathon was an outstanding employee who was able to explain all of the options for us and how each one worked. He was able to help us solve our issues with our current gutter, water getting behind and getting into the wood of our house. We also really appreciate his willingness to work with us and the company to get the best possible price and payment plan options that really made this possible for our family! We are very excited to get this done!

This is without a doubt one of the worst Home Depot stores out there. I placed a call to see if they had a particular item in stock as I live an hour from this store. I wanted to verify before making the 2 hour round trip. Makes sense right? One would think at least. I called and spoke to someone in Lawn & Garden. Let's just say he was TERRIBLE. Awful service, it was as if I was an inconvenience to him. He finally found the item and I asked him to please hold it for me as I would be coming to get it in couple of hours. His response? "you need to contact Will Call to do so". I said "could you please handle this for me so I don't have to go through all this again with someone else?" How next response? "this is not my job, but I will do it". REALLY? Wish I was lying folks but this is a true story. I wish I could give a zero. I was desperate to get this item as this was the only store in a 50 mile radius that had it. I got the item and I will NEVER shop there again. Perhaps you should offer a customer service 101 class.

I have used TurfWorld twice over the last few years. First time we wanted to replace a wood deck but had no ideas as to what to build instead. Kevin (owner) put together a design proposal which included a walkthrough video that was fantastic. We had him build the two level stamped concrete patio that everyone comments is wonderful. Then in 2021 we had him come back to put in a long low retaining wall to hold a flower bed around our sun porch. This is a family business and the crew always arrives at the scheduled time. They work quickly and always clean up at the end. I highly recommend Turf World for outdoor projects.

The Turf World crew did a spectacular job on our lawn and deck project which included deck tear out, new deck build, lawn grading, and putting green installation. Kevin and his crew are punctual, reliable and trustworthy. They are so easy to work with, extremely professional, and really think of and attend to every detail. They are also exceptionally neat and tidy, cleaning up every day before leaving the job site. We enjoyed the the Turf World crew so much, we missed having them at our house once our project was finished!

Kevin created a design for our deck which he presented in a 3D video that enabled us to see what the real thing would look like from all angles. This step is so helpful to set expectations, modify if needed, and ensure no surprises in the end product. I highly recommend Turf World for landscaping projects!

Turf World transformed our yard by designing a beautiful new stamped concrete patio to replace a large but tired wooden deck. Kevin patiently listened to our ideas and provided insight and expertise that made the final product exceed our expectations.

Kevin and his team were easy to work with and responsive to several follow up calls for maintenance related questions we needed guidance on.

Luke and Kevin were great.
They did our patio, firepit, and irrigation.
Luke came out on a Sunday afternoon originally to give us an estimate.
Very rare in today's world.

Rude as hell answering the phone

Although I did not get to use the service because of bad blizzard conditions and demanding needs for the service. I would try the service again and call days ahead of the snow storm so that I am not that far down on the list.
