We were switching out an old fuel oil system for a new air to air heat pump system. Bnk was very good at helping us understand the mechanics off the new heat pump and was able to remove the old unit and have the new heating our home in one day.

B'n'K Heating serviced my air conditioner this week. They were able to fit me into the schedule immediately and I was so appreciative. The cost to fix it was very reasonable and the service tech was friendly and efficient with his time. I would recommend this company and will continue to call for regular service checks.

Always an amazing experience. We have had them BNK replace our air-conditioning and replace our water heater and we have not had a single issue. They were very fast workers and polite.

I had a new HVAC system installed by this company a couple months ago. I went to turn my furnace on for the first time since the install and my AC unit outside turned on. As I only know how to do 2 things on the thermostat (turn temp up and down), logic says something was not installed or programmed correctly at install. At the time of the issue BNK was not available on the weekend and therefore aside from having another company come out my option was to deal with a cold house until the following week. As a consumer who just spent over 10 thousand dollars for a new system this is unacceptable. However, when I called and spoke with the owner, I was told that reimbursement for the other company’s visit was not an option and that I should have waited until the following Monday to call. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Customer service clearly is not important to them.

I called BNK to get an estimate to have central air installed in my house and they came and gave me an estimate the next day. When I decided to go with it they were able to schedule me within a week.
