Steve installed a hot water heater for us. 2 years later, when we had a home inspection in order to sell our home, we learned it was not properly vented. He did not obtain the proper permit for the work nor did he have it inspected as required in Hamilton County. We had to spend $2500 to have it properly vented. Very disappointing. We contacted him to explain situation and he did not seem concerned.

A really appreciated Steve Jones Plumbing.
Steve was timely and friendly in a call back at the end of the work day. He scheduled a home visit in the next couple days (not an urgent issue).
Steve and Ethan installed a sump pump and a back up sump and the battery backup unit to my existing sump pump setup.
Steve has the heart of an educator and explains things in great detail so you the home owner understand your plumbing system.
The scope of work was affordable and the end price was as expected.
I would highly recommend Steve Jones Plumbing to all homeowners, landlords, and builders.
