Reviews of local pros in Mason, Ohio

Highly recommend for landscaping services. Craig Natorp and team was super easy to work with and design our new house landscaping. They communicated well. We love it.

I love the great selection of perennials!! The prices match the quality of the plants and are competitive with other local nurseries. I am extra, extra, happy that your plant stock is online -- I can dream and plan, know what's in stock before I get there and then see other things I may have missed on the website and just have to have! Since it's a bit of a drive for me to get out there, this is a very important feature!. I look forward to some of the plants you have arriving in the spring. Thank you for your plants and your helpful staff!!

This place is amazing!! Such a selection of flowers, scrubs and trees. Everyone is so helpful and they have bottled water for you to drink while your shopping. And some days Hot Dog Joes is there and they have yummy food and great service as well!!

An amazing place to browse for plants. Make sure you budget several hours for your visit. I think they have anything you could ever want to plant in Cincinnati. Their 1 year warranty is a plus. Expect an overwhelming ikea like experience.

I discovered that I've been going to the wrong nursery for 20 years! Prior to this year I had never heard of Natorp's. Your selection and the courtesy of your employees was top notch. The man who helped me was very knowledgeable and stayed with me until I had all of my questions answered. And, he made sure I had the right product that I needed. Great green house. It's a sight to behold. Thanks for a great visit. In the future, I'll be going to Natorp's first. BTW, the man who helped me didn't badmouth another nursery when I mentioned their name.

It is huge place with too many type of all plants that you can imagine. The staff is very friendly and helping much with everything. very nice organized and does have plants, trees, herbs, veggies, flowers, soil, and other garden items including decoration. Great place to go if you have backyard garden or want to improve the front yard.

It's always a pleasure shopping there. Best of all, the crowd was low this evening, and ko one was where I needed to be.

Stopped in today 6/3/22 looking for yellow roses.
I was immediately greeted by an employee inquiring if he could be of assistance.
We then met a another employee to ask where the roses were located. This employee (Sharon) then went with me to where the roses were located.
Sharon shared with me that she loved working at Natorp's, and was a long time employee. She was amazingly helpful, and was an excellent representative of the Natorp's brand.
The facility was huge , clean , and has everything you could want !
I checked out at 2:14pm by another star quality employee. Her efficiency was most impressive ! Where does Natorp's find employees that are so amazing ?
I was signed up for the Plant Club and saved money today.
A great experience , some of the best , if not the best customer service ever !

Helpful and friendly staff. Great selection of flowers, plants, trees and shrubs.

6/15/26 The best place for all landscaping needs and the staff is so very friendly and helpful. I had 3 plants that did not return from last June planting, so they happily replaced them! What a wonderful place to shop for the garden and yard.

We always buy our plants from Natorps and couldn't be happier with the experience. The quality of their trees and shrubs is outstanding, and every visit is met with friendly, knowledgeable staff who are always ready to answer our questions with a smile. Whether you're a seasoned gardener or just starting out, Natorps is the place to go. We 100% recommend them!

Very good customer service and also the plants were all extremely healthy condition in comparison to other plant nurseries in the area. Would highly recommend getting your plants here

We visited Natorp's and had a wonderful visit. The customer service was outstanding, and they have a vast variety of landscaping plants to choose from. I highly recommend them.

Kat is absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly, patient, and helpful. Kat took the time to explain the care of the Northern Wonder, and Red Musa banana plants. Thank you, Kat for your exceptional customer service!

This is the best garden center I have seen. Been a regular customer for over 10 years. The center has been a great partner in my love of gardening. Best prices, great quality, friendly associates and they respect my privacy. Even though they have my private info, I am not bombarded with emails and never a text. Become a member and save more with no hassles.

Natorp's Nursery is huge and has every option you can think of! Toni helped me pick out a wonderful assortment of flowers that pair so nicely together in my garden. She was so patient and knowledgeable, and I truly appreciated her help!

I stopped by Natorp's to pick out peppers for my salsa garden. I was delighted by the selection of hot peppers and picked up several that are new to me. All the plants looked so healthy! I need to come back and just browse. If you like plants, Natorp's is a must see. They have everything!

Very big Nursery in Cincinnati. They got plenty of collections for your garden. Well organized and wonderful staffs to help you around.

Alan Cohen has become my "Pen Pal" throughout the year...ALWAYS helpful answering questions as the season progressed....I really appreciate his quick responses. And when I am visiting the outlet, all the staff is friendly and engaging. I also have come in just to stroll around & enjoy the sights. I usually don't leave without a purchase! I Will make it in for one last visit before you close for the season....Attached is a picture of the Cone flowers I picked up for my perennial garden...looking forward to their blooms next year!

The five stars is for the awesome assistance from the staff in helping me find alternatives since It is getting late in the season. The plants and flowers is large and healthy.

This nursery is truly a plant lover’s paradise !!!
The space is impressively large, and their selection is phenomenal. They carry three varieties of Holy Basil (Tulsi), a Bay Leaf tree, and Curry Leaf plants in three different sizes. I was especially amazed by the number of mint varieties available….. it’s well worth checking out their full inventory online.

A huge thank-you to Mr. Dave Couch, who went above and beyond to help me find several plants I’d been searching for. He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew the inventory so well that when I asked about the Sensitive Plant, he immediately informed me they were out of stock—and even double-checked with a colleague to confirm. His dedication and expertise really stood out, especially given how extensive their plant selection is.

Highly recommend this place to anyone passionate about plants!
