Best in town for good quality at fair price, right on time!!!

I have researched a lot to find best deck builders at fair price especially an Ipe wood deck who are very few. I glad that I ended with Crystal Clear as my contractors to build my dream Ipe wood deck. Crystal clear has laid a solid structure and built them quickly and efficiently saving money and time wherever possible. I am happy with the final product and workmanship on building this deck!! There are few fixes recommended by the inspector, which Crystal clear team fixed it on time! James from Crystal clear is best person to work with. He has the contacts and knows to get the things done on time!!!

Crystal Clear did an excellent job with our basement bar project. We couldn’t have been happier with the quality and communication from the team. They were able to offer advice while making sure we got the end product that we envisioned.

I'm very happy with the quality of the work James and crew completed. The project involved some demolition, installation of doors (interior and exterior), railing installation, installation of LVP flooring and toe molding, etc. They showed up when they said they would. Even though "snowmageddon" arrived mid-project in January 2026, the project stayed on track.

Contractors like James and the Crystal Clear team are hard to come by.
I had a great experience when James initial came out to look at replacing a deck at my rental property. He explained to me what was going to be the safest and cost effective way of replacing a poorly built 2 story deck.
Heather in the office was great with keeping in the loop with city permits and timeline on the project.

James and his crew once again knocked it out of the park! We hired a family friend to do a full home renovation for us and ended up having to fire them with the cost and time overruns. James has done work for me in the past so I felt embarrassed to have to call and ask him to help us get into our house before the holidays. Most contractors would have walked away from a halfway job but James and his crew were up for the challenge. They ran into a few issues from the previous contractor but with every issue they already had a solution waiting for approval. To give you an idea of scale of our project it was a 2.5 bath 3 bed 2500 sq. Ft. full home renovation that needed all the finishes and fixes. Basically only thing that had been done prior to crystal clear was prewiring, plumbing and drywall. Heather and her team came in to do the post construction cleaning which was amazing.
2 lessons learned here 1. Don’t use a family member or friend for a renovation project 2. Don’t cheat on your top notch and dependable contractor.
We’ll be using James and Crystal Clear over the next few years as we grow into our house and complete other projects.

The crew has done an amazing job with our partial basement project. The workmanship is great, pleasant to work with, and communication is spot on.
While it is becoming so difficult to work with home improvement professionals, Crystal clear team has proved to be an outlier. Would highly recommend them for any home construction project.

2025 Update: we used Crystal Clear for an outdoors project and were very satisfied again. Kyle and his team helped us quickly and professionally take down an above the ground pool, install a concrete pad and re-position landscaping. This allowed us to surprise the grandparents with a new swim spa that is improving their health every day. Thank you Kyle and the Crystal Clear team!!

We are very pleased with the job Crystal Clear did with replacing our outside landing and stairs. From start to finish James and Heather were very responsive and kept in communication throughout the process. Our project was small in scope when compared to some of the decks they usually build. The crew was on time every day and were meticulous in their attention to detail. The landing and steps the builder constructed 5 years ago were poorly constructed and an eyesore so we needed to replace them. We now have a beautiful, safe, well built landing and stairs which will last a very long time. The proof is in the pictures. See the before and after.

After Degree did some reseeding and straw I was not pleased with the way my lawn turned out. Rocky agreed to reseed and straw even though it is generally not covered by a warrantee. This is why we are faithful Degree customers. They have done other great work for us in the past.

We’ve used Degree for several years and we love their work. They are always professional and they offer top quality services above and beyond lawn care. After just two years of their lawn care services our yard looks 100% better than before we hired degree. We wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

I needed to replace the grass in my front yard. I had Nimblewill weed and it’s extremely hard to get rid of. They did an excellent job and my yard looks absolutely beautiful. The service and the guys that did the install were extremely professional and did excellent work.

Degree has been wonderful to work with and done an amazing job on our yard! We’ve used them to mulch, cut fresh borders, trim bushes, aerate and overseed! They even did a couple of weeks cutting the grass while our mower was in the shop. The workmanship is beautiful, and everyone is courteous and helpful! Getting estimates and scheduling is easy with their great office staff! Degree has made a big difference in our landscaping and yard! By far, the best lawn and landscape service we have ever used!
