Ben Wood responded on time from Sunday afternoon call anxious to solve our loss of cooling problems. Not only did he quickly diagnose our system, but also fixed the problem and added components to prevent future compressor failure. Ben left clear scope of visit and actions. Absolutely phenomenal service by Brian the HVAC tech. Air Conditioning Back up and running within 1/2 a business day (96 degrees out today!) ; and pricing was more than fair. I would not hesitate to recommend.

I didn't realize how important heating was until the furnace quit working. We replaced our furnace two years ago and it stopped working this winter, chill...the company is easy to schedule and honor their warranty. Unfortunately, the part is on back order from the manufacturer, so our technician Hassan offered a temporary solution and check on me every other day to ensure we don't live in a freezing house. Hassan is a great guy to work with, and I will not hesitate to recommend him or the company to my friends. In fact, I signed up their maintenance plan to prevent the same type of breakdown from happening again in the future. Normally, it is hard to convince me to sign up any maintenance plan, but because of Hassan's service, I feel confident it is worth it.

Tech Eddie Johnson was on time and treated me and my home respectfully. He took care of business with my spring a/c professionally and punctually. He left me with a report on the condition of my unit.

Mark, Brandon and Carl were professional and courteous while doing a good job installing a new furnace and air conditioner. They also shared tips on keeping the equipment in good working order.

I had an issue with my furnace that had been out for three days during some of the coldest weather we've had this season. From the moment I contacted Mason heating and air, their team was professional, responsive, and reassuring.

The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and quickly performed a thorough diagnosis. Unlike a previous company that misdiagnosed the issue, they identified the actual problem accurately.

Ryan and Hassan were both great and took time explain the issue and answered all questions I had

We purchased a central air conditioning unit from Mason Heating & Air. They charged a very fair price and installation went well. While it is too cold to use the A/C now, the technicians told us to call them if we had any problems. Very friendly and competent people. Planning to get them to quote a furnace later on in the year.

Hassan was my tech for my air conditioner inspection. He informed me of what services were needed and which were optional. As well as provided useful maintenance tips for me to keep my air conditioner running well. I appreciate his time and attention to helping me better understand my options and care plan for my unit.

I give Kori and Ardelle a 10. They were the most pleasant, courteous and respectful young men. They were even very mindful of making sure my gate was kept close because of my dogs. I am truly impressed with both of these young men.And their services. And if I could I would give them both a raise.

Brandon was fantastic-he was extremely polite, had great communication about timing and was very patient about all of my questions. Super respectful about coming in and out of the house with shoe covers and cleaned up the workspace-we have small kids so these clean shoes and clean spaces are so appreciated. He also went over the benefits of the I-air without being pushy about the product. We wound up going with it, and I’m so glad he did. So far it’s done everything he said it would and we have definitely noticed a positive difference in our home! We look forward to working with Brandon again in the future!

Brandon was very pleasant, courteous and attentive to an issue we had encountered. He did a thorough testing of that issue and completed the fall safety inspection/maintenance.

This was my first time using this Company, and if I ever need HVAC in the future, I’m gonna call them. I was able to make my appointment at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, and somebody was here by 6:45 PM. He was very professional and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Even told me what he recommends to do some general upkeep on the unit. I highly recommend Ben Reid as a technician too
