The guy was great but the company charged $259 for a capacitor replacement. I’ve discovered that the part costs $17 on Amazon and is a 5 min fix. I even dismissed the problem before he got here. Granted, the guy checked the rest of the system and was here for about an hour, but even an hour plus parts would be half the rate. It’s really hard to find a heating/cooling company that doesn’t price gouge.

Hassan was very good explaining. But unfortunately the person I talked to in call to schedule did not explain me correctly on the process and amount to be paid.

Hassan and the young lady training with him were very nice and professional. Hassan found an issue I didn’t even know about and fixed it quickly! They were done in little over an hour and were quick, thorough and neat. Highly recommend!

Performed our semi-annual HVAC maintenance which we bought 5 years worth with our new unit. Service technician was extremely thorough, explained everything he did, excellent communication skills and treated us and our home with respect. He instilled great confidence in 5-Star Mason HVAC and in our system.

We had technician Jeff who did a wonderful job on the furnace maintenance. He took care of a problem that was the result of installation from the previous company. We're completely satisfied with his knowledge an d skills. We will request him for our next inspection

Wow! Called them Saturday to setup appointment Sunday. The gave us a great deal on a new A/C when no one else claimed to have inventory. Installed unit by noon Monday.

Very professional, polite, and prompt. Requested HVAC cleaning before turning on furnace. For the furnace to run a sensor needed to be cleaned (but excluded from the cleaning service) which was $8 to clean; however, I had to pay an additional $98 for a service call even though I was paying for them to be there to clean the unit. Ridiculous!! I won’t use again with such a ridiculous policy.

JP and Jay did a really good job, were professional and took their time to make sure that I was satisfied with the installation. I highly recommend this company for quality, affordable products and services. And their techs especially JP and Jay are top notch!

professional person on the line when i scheduled the appt. technician was friendly and professional. their rates were reasonable and my problem was solved in about an hour or less :) since i've had a great experience, they will be my "go to" company for all of our heating and a/c needs in the future. I'm glad i discovered a company that i believe that i can trust that is reasonably priced as well!

New to area, and saw their coupon for furnace tune up. So low, I was kind of skeptical, but believe in supporting community businesses. They were on time, professional, extremely well mannered and pleasant to talk to. I decided to buy a new furnace/air conditioner system. No sales talk, no pressure! I was the one who brought it up. Felt so comfortable with these gentlemen, that I didn't feel the need to get a second estimate from another company. I highly recommend this company.

Ben showed up earlier than expected and diagnosed the problem within minutes. AC up and running in less then an hour. Highly recommend.

This company was great. Hassan came out to look at the system and provide quote. Helped talk me through the issues and prices. Scheduled the installation next day. Gage and Nick were the installers and did a great job. Gage kept me informed through out the process and updated me on time frame. Afterwards walked through the system and new thermostat. They answered all questions and were very helpful. The company called a few days later to ask about the experience and to have a person come out to inspect the work to make sure everything is good

Service Technician Luke did a great job! Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain the process and his findings. We will be using them again for sure in the fall for the Furnace service.

I used Mason Heating and Air last year for our furnace install, which went great. Fast, easy, no hassle. Today we had a technician come out to do our first yearly maintenance and once again it was fast, easy and no hassle. I’ll definitely continue to use this company going forward.

I've actually considered not even leaving this review because I know next time I need some work done the guys will be fully booked up, haha!

That being said, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ben R. and Charles (Chris) C. Not only were they two of the coolest guys I've ever had to come work on my house I have been working with them for 2 years now and they were nothing but professional, polite, considerate, and NEVER SALESY. I cannot recommend them enough and to see that over that two year period Five Star has branched into other areas of home maintenance such as electrical and plumbing, I plan to use this company for as long as I own a home.
