Tony arrived right on time and promptly went to work on the semi-annual maintenance visit. We discussed a secondary issue with my system, and while that work didn't happen, I felt good about my decision, based upon detailed information he provided to enable me to make an informed decision.
Watkins Technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and I have always found to be honest when providing education on my HVAC system.

This was our initial experience with Watkins and Chris exceeded all expectations. Yea ! We have found our new heating and cooling contractor for our new home !

I had a sales call with Watkins about replacing my HVAC system. After reviewing my options, I decided to go with another company. When I politely called the representative back to thank him for his time and let him know, he hung up on me mid-conversation. That kind of unprofessional behavior left a very negative impression. If this is how they treat people who don’t sign with them, I worry about how they treat customers after installation. Professionalism and respect should always come first, regardless of the outcome.

We chose Watkins to replace our HVAC, water heater, and water softener. Our salesman, David, was the most professional salesman I've encountered. He listened to my goals for my home and the scope of work and presented me with a range of options that I could choose from. He was responsive when I reached out with questions and, most importantly, he was respectful of the time I asked for to research and compare quotes. It truly felt like he was more interested in helping us achieve our goals than pushing just to get us to close the deal.

From the start, Jess was easy to work with and understanding of a last minute reschedule and our installers, Kevin, Thomas, and David respected our home like their own and clearly carried the same level of effort into every detail for our installation. They were friendly and professional, their work was clean and efficient, and they left our home in a better condition than when they arrived.

Lastly, our house has never felt so comfortable. The system we chose solved the concerns I initially raised with David. On our old system, the first floor would have to be uncomfortably cold to get the top floor anywhere close to enjoyable. Now, I've been able to raise the temperature of my thermostat so that both my upstairs and downstairs are comfortable with a barely noticeable difference in feel between the two floors.

We can always count on Watkins for quality care. I never feel like they are trying to sell me or cheat me. I switched from a competitor several years ago and have always been happy with their service. Justin performed our semi annual maintenance visit today and was very friendly, well-trained and professional. Thanks to Watkins our 18 year old HVAC system is still functioning well!

I’ve been with this company for over 10 years and they always take care of any issue that may arise. Felix has been our service guy for the last several bi-annual visits and I highly recommend him. Justin came out for our 6 month checkup on our HVAC, we were very pleased with the work and how thorough of a job he did , as well as his kind demeanor. He provided updates on how our system was working, and recommended a replacement of a capacitor for the blower. recommending what he himself would use if need be. We have always had Watkins service plan through the years , and has come in very handy for just such a situation, for discounts on replacement parts .

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Extremely efficient and courteous.
