Last weekend, we noticed the house was getting warmer and the AC didn't seem to be keeping up. By Monday, it was apparent that something was definitely wrong. I called the Air Authority and they had someone scheduled early the next day. Mark was there on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. They had the part in stock and he had us back up and running within a couple of hours. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company, from the scheduler I talked to on the phone to our service tech, Mark. An overall great experience!

Air Authority replaced our furnace and A/C units some years ago. Some of the best purchases we ever made. Since then we opted we for the semi annual maintenance plan. They come out In the spring to service and prep A/C unit for winter and in the fall to service and prep furnace for the winter. This service is well worth the cost for the peace of mind. John our service tech has done an excellent job on our semi annual service calls. Couldn't ask for any better service. We would recommend Air Authority without question!

They gave me a fair price from the beginning. They did a professional job. They didn’t try to oversell me something I didn’t need. They explained what they did and showed me what I had to do to maintain the waterline from the unit. I am very happy with the installation.

Called on a Friday afternoon. Monday service call scheduled. After service review it was clear my 20 year old system was done. Eric arrived for a new A/C estimate. Was installed Tuesday by 1PM. Timely, tidy, professional install from Eric and the install team. And assistance with app based thermostat was very helpful.

Been using Air Authority for years. They do our annual maintenance to keep our HVAC systems running great now for over 25 years. John is like a family friend now!

What can I say about Air Authority, that they are professional at what they do!
They came out in one of the coldest day this December and installed our new Heat pump/Air conditioning unit. As you can see in the photo the quality of products they use for your home.
If you want quality from start to finish then this company will not disappoint.

When our previous hvac company quoted over $1000 for a minor repair (parts were covered under warranty so this was labor only) we called Air Authority for a 2nd opinion.

They were recommended by a number of people in our neighborhood. Their price was significantly lower and as the warranty is with the owner, not the furnace installer we still got the parts under the warranty.

They offer a free 2nd opinion, so if you have a quote them seems unreasonable I highly recommend calling them.

I have used Air Authority for many years and have been very satisfied with all the technicians but I always ask for John. I appreciate the honest and reliable service at any time…..maintenance is very important for your equipment and that is what they are there to provide. I appreciate an honest family business.

I have been a customer for over34 years. Never had anything but great service and top notch people to deal with. You may find cheaper costs but keep in mind---you get what you pay for. Two furnaces and one ac unit. No grief!

My wife and I recently had a humidifier installed on our furnace after speaking with Eric Elders at Air Authority. After hearing a detailed explanation of what it could provide, Chauncey and Adrian arrived on time, were very friendly, and really respected our home by cleaning up thoroughly after the install. Adrian even provided some maintenence tips on the humidifier and the furnace drain. I can't recommend the team at Air Authority highly enough! What a great experience!

I have worked with Air Authority for more than 25 years, with employees and sometimes even with the Boss and his son. The most recent one was about several days ago, and they used their expertise to save money for me in rescuing my heater. Their prices for new machines and installation were very reasonable. This is a company worth our trust and I recommend them highly, for new machine purchasing and installation or routine maintenance. This is a company well respected and loved:-)

Air Authority did a fantastic job installing my new HVAC system. Eric did a great job sizing the system and answering all of my questions. There was never any pressure to buy and everything was explained honestly. The installers were on time, polite, and did a nice neat job. The system works great and we are very happy with the quality service Air Authority provided.

Air Authority has always been reliable, efficient, effective and always on time & friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and can explain the technical aspects of one’s equipment in a very understandable manner. They started my Service with Matt who later moved to their “commercial side” so I’ve been serviced by Nick ( his brother) who simply is an outstanding technician. My daughter in law recommended me to Air Authority after they did two great insulations for my son & her and I’m glad she did. Air Authority is a gem of a vendor who adds expertise above & beyond to what some consider a generic service—I do not as Air Authority ( for me) has time & time again demonstrated a keen knowledge of my Equipment and maintained in tip top service.

I have been using Air Authority for yearly maintenance for a long time. When our 20 year old system decided it had enough we went quote shopping. In the end we went with Air Authority. Eric took the time to explain the pros and cons of each type of system. There was zero pressure. In addition, they offered a longer labor warranty.
The installers showed up on time and finished early. They also made sure to take care of our floors by wearing shoe covers as well as laying tarps over the carpet. The system works great and we are happy with the entire experience.

Air Authority installed our Trane Heat Pump about 15 years ago. They have done an excellent job keeping it in top shape since then with biannual visits. The folks in the office are very personable and Mark is a stellar technician. He takes the time to explain issues and is a true expert. We value the AA Team.

I am an adopted customer by Air Authority, meaning I was a Logan Services customer whose system was bought & installed by Logan. I had a new salesperson at Logan recommend the WRONG system as it is variable inverter motor which requires sealed & insulated ductwork. It is a prerequisite by Trane in the install doc. Regardless if yours is in insulated walls (mine are not) or attic space, still needs insulated. I had a bad install (they sent letter of apology), and bumbled maintenance (overcharged it in 25 degree day with snow, as an example). Wired wrong found after 2 yrs. Now i find my heat banks is oversized to heat pump size. Air Authority was nice enough to take me on. I have had the nicest tech, Larry, help me. We consider him like family. He asked Larry Cook the owner to add a noise vibration insulation on the heat pump. Both Larry's graciously did this for us as the system has never performed as it should, the rattling would never stop. The owner Larry's son Michael helped to get an ASHRAE certificate for me that Logan did not & would not provide. I needed this in order to transfer values from the certificate to my tax form. Larry our tech said if we had been their customer from the start & the system / install turned out to be defective / not performing as in Trane specs, they would have replaced it right off. This is the kind of top notch care and service one can expect from Air Authority. Just make sure you pick this company and you will be in good hands.
