From start to finish, we were impressed with Kaleb. From his extremely fast response time to the professionalism in the way he communicated, I couldn't have had a better experience. He took time to answer my questions, actually showed me what was wrong with the component that was being replaced and pointed out a possible trouble spot to keep an eye on. Kaleb provided this educational info in a nonjudgmental manner so that I could know how to avoid issues in the future. On top of it all, he was quick to diagnose the issue and make the necessary repairs. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided by Kaleb and with all the timely & thorough communication from the Thomas & Galbraith home office team. Today Elyas from Thomas & Galbraith came to check out my 15 yr old, 15,000 BTU Fujitsu mini ductless system and he said it did not need Pureon like another company said it did.

He removed the filter screens and they were washed out and he told me to clean them every month and even showed me how to remove and install them back in.

He also ran a diagnostic test on the system and said it could use a good Heavy Duty cleaning that needs to be done in the summer time.

Thomas and Galbraith did a great job replacing our old/outdated HVAC system with a new highly efficient Carrier system. They installed everything in one day and they were pleasant to work with from the sales to installation. I could not recommend them more highly. This is a trustworthy company to work with.

Christian and his team did a great job with our duct cleaning. My wife and I were working at the time, and they were very respectfully! The price was good and we're happy with the results. I'd highly recommend them if you need any work done.

Received maintenance of my HVAC vents and Dryer vents. The gentlemen that came to complete the service were fantastic. They were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I was able to get all my questions answered and my system works like new again. Fantastic results completed quickly. Gary from Thomas & Galbraith was outstanding. He came out late at night—well after normal work hours—when our brand-new furnace (installed by a different company just two days prior) unexpectedly went out. Gary quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, then took extra time to thoroughly look over the rest of the furnace to make sure everything else was working exactly as it should. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. We were incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him and Thomas & Galbraith for any HVAC needs.

I was very impressed with this Company. They were my second request for a quote after already receiving a nice quote from another company. They listened to what I wanted and came back with a quote I couldn’t refuse. DJ was my Sales agent and he did a super job. The next day the installers Josh and Joe came out, took care in protecting our floors and went to work. It’s amazing how much just 2 people can do. They removed our furnace, humidifier and Heat pump completely, then installed our bigger and better units. Cleaned up the area installed a new smart Thermostat and voila we have heat again. I was so happy with the whole package and signed up for their maintenance program. We saved a lot by going with Thomas and Galbraith and I will be using them every time from now on.

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Install was excellent. Sells wasn’t as clear or I didn’t understand what he had said. I was under the impression that my fiber ducts were going to be replaced with metal. Also was told that install crew was going to fix my flexible duct in crawl space. Asking the crew about that and they knew nothing about that. To their credit they fixed it anyway. Was expecting ducts cleaned and inspected during installation. Again it wasn’t stated that would be a separate appointment. Overall very happy with the job. Communication on a few things was a little lax. Still A+ company. Mike

My furnace needed replaced and Gary Hambrick did the initial inspection, he explained all options to include budget friendly and lifetime warranty options. Josh, on the installation team, gave me a courtesy call on the day of the install and they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. After, Josh took the time to explain all the general maintenance and tips and tricks to help ensure the efficiency of my new system. Josh and his other team member were courteous in wearing boot covers through my house and left the area cleaner than what it was when they arrived. I could not have asked for better service and I have peace of mind in knowing I made the right choice with Thomas and Galbraith. Excellent communication and over -the -top service.

Service tech Brian P. provided excellent service for my annual furnace check. He arrived as discussed on his check in phone call. He was friendly, very courteous, reviewed the tests he was performing and explained the potential issue with my furnace. He scheduled a appointment for the estimator to stop by on the next business day. Very pleased with his service. Hope he is my service tech next time.

Thomas and Galbraith is the absolute best in the business! Our heat went out at 1:30 in the morning on a very cold night. They were able to get to us by early morning and they took wonderful care of us. Quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within an hour. We were so grateful. The technician reminded us to re-enroll in the service plan for our HVAC system and that was very helpful. Every single time a technician comes to our home they are very respectful of our floors and cover their shoes. They are always professionally dressed and look the part! Had electrical outlets adjusted so that covers could be placed over them. Sadly I had a poor tile install leaving outlets where you couldn’t put covers over them because the outlets would sit far back behind the tile and cover. Jeff and his partner were able to make the necessary adjustments and my kitchen looks beautiful now! I’m very happy with the price and the workmanship. Honestly I was afraid of what it would cost that’s why I waited so long to call. So happy I went on and did it.

I purchased a new furnace and AC unit from Thomas & Galbraith about a year and a half ago. This tech was polite but came unprepared as he stated that “It looks like on my paperwork your furnace is less than 9 years old”. I was taken a little back since I purchased this from the company he works for - T&G. When I corrected him, he looked at the T&G maintenance sticker on my furnace and said only my AC was replaced. I had to correct him again by showing that the sticker said new furnace, AC, Coil, and stat installed 6/5/24. It was one of the pics he sent afterword. The installation sticker was also one of the pics he sent which showed the date and length of warranty.

Interesting though, he took a pic of my furnace filter but wanted to charge $100 for a new humidifier pad – which I didn’t need. I installed a new one three weeks prior He didn’t do his due diligence and check my pad. There are no pics of it, just a costly estimate.

I am concerned about the blower fan. The pic of it shows it being quite dirty and there are no notes that it was cleaned.
I debated on 2 or 3 stars but decided bc of other non-related issues w T&G, I gave it a 2 star rating.

Thomas & Galbraith did a great job on our total HVAC replacement system. They replaced our old/outdated 2.5 ton heat pump with a 3 ton unit that is ultra efficient for Cincinnati winters and superior efficiency in the summers. They installed the heat pump, air handler and the new thermostat in about 7 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old unit. From sales to installation they could not have done a better job and with such care and professionalism. I can’t recommend them more highly.

I've been using Air Authority for four years now. They sort of came with my condo. It's a great team. They communicate well and always leave my home as clean or better than they found it. Larry takes great care of me and my HVAC system!

After two bad experiences with other heating & air companies, I decided to try Air Authority based on a neighbor's recommendation. Glad I did! The technician, Mark, is very knowledgeable, personable and was very willing explain what he was doing.

Ran across a problem with my ac unit . The capaciter quit working and needed to be replaced . Air Authority responded within the given time frame and it was back up in 45 minutes . Garrett was the technician who came out and was very professional and explained in detail what was repaired . I bought my ac/furnace from them in 2019 and will continue to do business with them .

This company did an outstanding job! Their Sales Representative was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their service and installation team were also professional, knowledgeable and demonstrated the upmost of courtesy. The installation process was also outstanding. I highly recommend.

We got several quotes from small and big HVAC companies. Air Authority won out for multiple reasons:
1. From the get go Jack at AA was knowledgeable, honest, kind and pleasant to speak with. He went through everything in a way that was educational, and like he was truly trying to work with me and help. Other big players (you've seen their signs on the highways) made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. Jack turned a quote around within less than a day.

2. Which leads me to the point that they sell Trane, and the product speaks for itself. Other big guys wanted to sell me budget sub brands, and try to pretend like they're better than Trane. And wanted to charge me thousands more for a worse brand.

3. I wasn't bugged or bothered every couple days about have I made a decision. They quoted me a clear and fair price, they don't haggle or "let me talk to my manager and see what we can do". You believe in their products and services or you don't.

4. They had availability to get it installed as fast as I wanted. Their staff were on time, very pleasant, respectful of my home, and efficient. They had everything replaced in about 6 hours, helped me set up the app, answered any and all questions, went over all the work they did and cleaned up like they were never there. Adrian, Carlos and the rest of his team were fantastic.

I absolutely would use them again, and you will not be disappointed in their work, level of service or prices. Thanks!
