Outstanding service. Looked at other things i should address in near future that i didnt think of, and gave estimates. Aaron did great job, and guillermo a great company represenative with a ton of knowledge! Great job!

On time. Pleasant. Knowledgeable. Pointed out a concern other companies did not mention. Explained his limitations. He set up their remodeler to come out and give a estimate for full bathroom remodel at writer's request. Chris also scheduled his collage to come out and unclog a different sink in the kitchen.

Steve did an awesome job coming out and educating me on my options around fixing or replacing our hot water heater. Have always been impressed with the caliber of professionals I've used from Five Star

Excellent in every way. Jesse did a great job and paid attention to every detail on a difficult install. He took great care to make sure everything was right and left the work area cleaner than when the project started!

Kris, went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done right, he was honest and upfront and felt like he was very knowledgeable of the work he performed, most importantly, he was very friendly and professional, I personally requested him because of that.

Mason Plumbing has been outstanding. They quickly diagnosed my water heater issue (caused by an A/C leak) and installed a new heater the next day. When the original A/C company failed to show, Mason Plumbing sent Brandon, who found the installation had been done wrong and fixed it in 30 minutes. He was professional, explained everything clearly, and was just a genuinely nice guy. I’ll always call Mason Plumbing—and Brandon—for future HVAC or plumbing needs.

They scheduled service for me and canceled three different times. Every time sending me a text day of that there is an "emergency". Apparently plumbing emergencies are constant for 3 weeks straight. Terrible

Had 3 plumbing issues hit at once…they had someone out within two days. Work was great….Chris cleaned up afterwards. Very nice job….since he has been to our house 3 times now, he is family!

James did an outstanding job fixing the drains in our kitchen. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew what he was doing. He arrived on time, explained the issue in simple terms, and got everything working perfectly again. It’s such a relief to have someone so reliable and skilled—we’ll definitely be calling again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

We had Guillermo. He was great on time Very professional. Very friendly. Educated me on our entire softener machine. Was very knowledgeable and very courteous. He educated me on the different options and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to anybody. We will definitely use him in the future Great job. Great work.

Adam did wonderful! Very friendly, saw the problem, solved the problem and explained this all to me in great layman's terms. Added plus, he listened well to my husband's whole house plumbing story. 😄

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in solving our issues! Cost was reasonable and came out on Sunday for us! Front office did a great job getting us scheduled right away. We will definitely use this company (and Kyle) again!

I was all over the place, nervous and stressed. Chris was patient with me and very personalble.. Explained everything to me at least 5 different times. He a very caring person, I would recommend using him every time

This technician was amazing, this company is amazing. He was professional. Thorough and so courteous. At such an awful time, this company brought some sunshine in the midst of the storm

Water line leaked, Joe came the next morning after my evening call to the company. He was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, mindful of the floors (wore footies), thorough in his explanations about what was wrong and how was he about to repair it, etc. I highly recommend this company, (and Joe in particular for any plumbing repairs). I also signed up for their Whole House Protection Program, and, while I evidently have not used it fully yet, it offered some nice incentives (20% of today’s repairs) and a peace of mind that I believe I will enjoy.

I will not call them again. Our air-conditioner was not catching up with the temperature set in the thermostat. I called them just because of all the good reviews in google. The technician inspected and said capacitor needs to be replaced and it will cost 250$+69$ trip charge. I declined the repair, as it did not sound right to pay 319$ for a half hour job to replace a 15$ part. So far not so bad. The technician went back to put back the cover. He came back and said the fan started to work, without even replacing the capacitor. This shook the trust. In a blink of eye, saved 250$. The technician sounded more interested in getting signatures in ipad, rather than solving the problem.
