These guys saved my home and explained each process step by step. Didn't feel like I was getting taken for a ride or fooled, honest and straightforward.

I was able to have someone come over the next day with drainage issues. This is our 2nd time working with the company and it has been 7yrs
Since the first visit which says a lot about the quality work. Jesse was great, fixed our drainage issues and provided us additional recommendations to prevent future drainage issues. He was professional, arrived on the earlier side of the time range which is appreciated. Very friendly, clean and efficient. I would recommend their services.

Called 4 times on Friday for service starting, around noon. Told they were backed up but we are on the top of their wait list. At 9:10 PM they called and said service would not be until next day. Several call later on Saturday the technician arrived at around 2:00 PM. The kitchen sink clog was cleared in about 1Hr.
The $480 bill was about twice that a similar service cost 4 or 5 yrs ago.

My service man was wonderful - knowledgeable, careful with my plumbing not to snap the pipes, persistent until the problem was solved, and respectful. Couldn't have asked for a better service call.

We had a hot water heater leak that did a lot of damage to our basement flooring and everyone that came out was wonderful. James, Ben, Thomas, Jonathan… All deserve kudos for their amazing customer service.

They wasted no time getting our home repaired. From Rooter Rooters reps to their restoration company it was a 5 star experience. If you ever have water damage they are the people you want to call.

Nathan did a bang up job water jetting my sewer line. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and thoughtful as he talked me through each step of the process!

Rotorooter isn't exactly cheap, but I it was definitely worth it knowing that Nathan is a real pro.

Had an unexpected plumbing issue that caused my basement to flood, had to have a basement mitigation. Roto came same day as called. Ben and Thomas were polite, communicated well, and kept things clean throughout. I knew ahead of time when they were coming, and kept me updated on the progress. Nathan and Joe were amazing , it felt like they dropped everything to be here. I had a major sewer back up in my basement Joe came to access the situation and got Nathan here within the hour to fix the problem, and im highly satisfied with the work ,usually I go with a very local company but they couldn't get to me until after the holidays so I called roto rooter and same day they fixed it so happy I made thay call

Prompt and professional repair of an urgent plumbing issue on a Saturday. For this, I am appreciative.
However, pricing for the service/repair was extraordinarily high. So much so that if I had any other options for this repair available at the time I would surely have chosen them over Roto-Rooter.

Nathan and his dad Brad were professional and so polite. They explained everything to me. I had 3 plumbers at my home for a week before I finally gave up and called roto rooter and I’m so glad I did. Thank goodness!

UPDATE: After the manager assured us we would be taken care of the 2nd time we had to schedule...No one shows up for our 6-8pm slot. Dispatch calls at 7pm asking if we are home (?)and said she will "see" of she can get someone here today. That they work until 11:30pm, and she will call me back. Rude and unprofessional. 2nd night of being no showed.

Booked a 5-7 slot. 7 o'clock rolls around and when we finally call to see what is going on, we are told we will have to reschedule because they are running 3 1/2 hours behind. I took an hour and a half off of work to be here by 5 and had ZERO communication and wasted an entire evening waiting here only to have to book again. Absolutely awful business, READ THE REVIEWS AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

John provided excellent customer service. He was prompt, thorough and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter to anyone!!

Russell did a great job replacing my sump pump in the basement, explaining what went wrong with the previous pump and exactly how the system worked. He completed the work on a weekend with short notice, despite this he displayed exceptional professionalism and knowledge of his craft. Highly recommended!
