Chris Browning was amazing. He was straight forward and honest. He had me watch what he was and explained everything as he was doing it. I definitely recommend having him come out if needed.

Had 0 communication with anyone that wasn't a worker for the entirety of the job, unless I called 6+ times. Went 6 days with no contact and then tried to over charge me for the work. Absolute joke. I would never never never use them again and will never get a good recommendation. If you are in a bind, don't call them. If I didn't push back, I would've been charged THOUSANDS more than I should've. The general manager trying to come in and save the day while not even knowing what the job entitled. I've never been so mind blown in my life with something like this. Claim to be professional. You can't not call a customer for a week while there's a hole in their basement floor and claim to be professional. I'm in sales myself. Avoid them to avoid being the next situation I had to deal with.

Was given a two hour window for the plumber to come fix a kitchen issue for my elderly parents and dispatch assured us we were “next in line”. Almost 30 hours after the end of the window we were given and still no tech. No communication beyond one text that said “you’re next in line”. I’ve had to call every few hours to find out if anyone is even working.
When I spoke to the dispatch at 11:15pm last night they said “it’s absolutely solid” the plumber would arrive at 1pm today. It’s now 6pm.
If I knew it was going to be this long I would have called someone more reputable and responsive.

Chris has been absolutely amazing through this entire process.
He has been 100% transparent with the costs and what is going on with all of my pipes and plumbing.
He has been to my home several times and has walked me through every step of the process.

I will recommend him to anyone!!

I had a DIY project go very wrong & had a ruptured pipe. Roto Rooter was great about getting out to my house, assessing & making sure we knew the price of repairs up front.

This all happened in the evening, with John working until 11:45 to make sure we had everything taken care of.

We called two nights ago (Sunday night) as we had our kitchen sink back up. We tried to plunge it, used some Drain-O and no deal. I talked with the call center and asked them how much for a simple clogged drain and they won't give you even a rough estimate. Then the actual local company called and said they would have someone there in an hour. I asked repeatedly for a "ballpark" figure and they wouldn't disclose. I called a few others in the meantime and got quotes from $300-350 all inclusive. I told them IF/WHEN the guy comes out and gives us a high price, we would just have to say no and they said "np/fine". He came out and I showed it to him and he immediately quoted $480!! Then I told him TY for coming, but NO TY. Then we talked to our landlord and he scheduled someone to come on Wednesday. My wife and I continued to plunge last night and the drain CLEARED and it's 100% fine again! This "job" would have taken Roto-Rooter and/or ANY other company about 10-30 minutes maximum. With drive time included, probably 2 hours maximum. Your not attorneys or rocket scientists, so WHY charge freaking $480 for a 30 minute job Roto-Rooter! A lot of people say they got great service but also mentioned it was/is "extremely expensive". Most didn't mention actual PRICE. I am calling them out for what it is. A GIANT RIP OFF!!! Sorry but I will never call you guys ever again and maybe others will do the same thing if they read how much you ACTUALLY charge with your BS bait and switch/we'll come NOW and THEN ream you methodology? (....after seeing coporate response...here is mine.... I posted this ANONYMOUSLY as I don't need to hear from the corporate offices....like below.....acting like they have NO idea how bad they are ripping people off. We do fairly well, but I feel bad for all of the SENIORS that I am sure are getting ripped off by these guys. It's DISGUSTING! I made an appointment around 6pm and they arrived the same evening! I received 2 calls from their office to keep me updated on the technician's arrival and I really appreciated that. Very polite technician and he solved my issue very quickly. Will be using this company again in the future and recommending to others. Thank you!

They were fast, efficient and good guys who came to replace my water heater. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very nice people... rip off... guy came to the door... walked around the house...took a look and said it cant be done by them... pulled out the charge to pay the $99..... if they knew they did not do that kind of work... why did you charge me... oh well

I tried to use Mason plumbing. I had a 2-6 time slot. They finally called at 5:30 and said they were running overtime on a job and it would be after 6. At 7 I get a call and am told another 1/2 hour. The office calls at 7:20. They will see if another technician can come. At 7:43, they call back. Nobody available, but my technician should be finished in 15 minutes. I'll leave out 3-4 more calls with false information. I am prepared to allow the guy to come after he calls at 9:23. Says, 15 minutes. At 9:50pm he calls to say I am on my way. TOO LATE!!! Horrible professionalism. Terrible communication and false communication.

They are professional and always on time. I have used their services multiple times including for an emergency leak in our water heater. They are fair in pricing and I highly recommend them

I called Mason Plumbing when the first person I called didn’t show up. Mason Plumbing was able to come that very day and did all the work I needed. The plumber was very friendly told me everything he was doing and gave me options for what I could have done and what needed to be done And was very professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will hire them again if I need any plumbing done.
