I called Mason Plumbing when the first person I called didn’t show up. Mason Plumbing was able to come that very day and did all the work I needed. The plumber was very friendly told me everything he was doing and gave me options for what I could have done and what needed to be done And was very professional. I would definitely recommend them and I will hire them again if I need any plumbing done.

Guiliermo was great! Answered all of my questions, explained the issue and estimate, offered other services, etc.. Hope I don't have to see him again, but he's the one I'd want to come out if I do!

Had a great experience with Five Star. The tech showed up when he said he would be there and he replaced my outside water faucet quickly and expertly. Highly recommend their plumbing service.

Loved these guys! Answered all of my silly questions and didn't bat an eye. Poor guys struggled with my 20 year old 80 gallon water heater, but didn't complain once, they honestly were impressed by its resilience lol. They showed me two problems areas I didn't know I had with my old water heater, assuring me they were going to remedy those items with the new install. I needed some copper pipe replaced and they happily did it, quick and easy, again no complaints. I was quoted a flat price for my install, haul away, drip tray, taxes, and all in. That is what I paid. I had no surprises! They did excellent work for a great price. I would definitely recommend them again!

These guys did a great job installing a gas line for my house. They showed up on time, addressed any questions/concerns I had, and did a quality job. I was impressed and would not hesitate to use them again!

WARNING! Terrible communication. I called to get a sewer scope for a client and was told it would be $99. Upon arrival, the technician told me that it would be $300 and that the $99 was just for showing up and telling me how much it would cost. That was not communicated to me prior. With that bad experience, we had him leave the property. In my experience, when you can’t trust them from the beginning then that is a big red flag, not to move forward. Cut your losses and move on. Hope to save you the trouble. This is the first negative review I have ever left.

Do not use this company!!!!!

Unfortunately not the best experience for me. The service member who came out was very professional and knowledgeable, but basically told me they couldn’t provide the service I had requested. I spoke to an individual on the phone when scheduling who said they could look at and help with what I inquired about which was pipes backing up and flooding around window wells and using video in them to see what’s wrong. The website said they specialize with excavation and drainage so I assumed this would fall under that category and the individual on the phone made it sound like it did as well. So I ended up sitting around and waiting in the 5 hr window they said the member could arrive in for no progress. Paid $100 just to be told they can’t help and to call someone else.

Update. They contacted me about 3 weeks ago to say they were sorry and that they were going to refund me. Well it’s been 3 weeks and I still have not received the promised refund. I’ve called several times and they just keep telling me they’re working on it and it should be any day. They keep blowing me off and not taking care of their failure as a company. I highly do not recommend. The company is a thief. They stole my money and they stole my time.

Steve was punctual and professional. Steve has outstanding customer service skills and his plumbing technical skills diagnosing and fixing plumbing issues are second to none.

Jacob was nice and seemed knowledgeable. It was good to have him validate that the fix I did was the correct fix. Also, if Jacob's goal was to smell like a 17 year old at a 90s dance club in Dayton all juiced up on Coolwater cologne or Drakar Noir... #missionaccomplished 🤣 (maybe ease up on the scents, Jacob) 😎 For real though, appreciated his help and also appreciated the low-key instead of high pressure upsell on other services and definitely appreciated Jacob using our current working part instead of trying to sell me a part that we didn't need.

Very responsive and great service. We had a clogged kitchen sink during the weekend and could not find anybody to even pick up the phone. Not only did they answer the call on Sunday but put us on a priority list to get a plumber out to our house within a day. The issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Five stars for prompt response and great service!
