Every question we had about our electric was answered honestly and the estimate process was not stressful and they beat everyone else's estimate! They're great at explaining everything so you're not left wondering. Their crew was very friendly and efficient on install day and they had everything cleaned up as soon as the work was done. I absolutely recommend this company for your electrical needs.

We had some old knob and tube wiring that needed to be removed. They were able to replace the wiring within a couple days and did a great job. Between the guys who came to our house and the people at the office, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them, we will be using them again if needed in the future.

I used Bill Bros for our recent home renovation and they quoted additional work at a much lower cost than other companies in the area. Ron was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and the quality of their work was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

A very honest and professional crew. They replaced my panel and upgraded my service to 200 amps. Showed up on time and were done in a few hours. I'm having them back out to install a new outlet for a dishwasher and will be my go-to for electrical work in the future :)

I am the Facilities Mgr . for Massillon Public Library. I have been using Bill's Bros. for various electrical projects and they have helped me out a great deal and I appreciate dealing with people with integrity and a real desire to do the job effectively. I've been happy with the work accomplished by this company. Dealing with hundreds of vendors I do not take a recommendation lightly. They do good honest work. That is my feelings about Bills Bros. electric. Prices are very reasonable.

Ron and his team were very professional with their work. They were also very fun to just sit and talk with. Great guys, went above and beyond to help me fix me my problem. Arrived early, did a fantastic job, and would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality work.

Very happy with the service provided by Ron and Geoff. Showed up within a day to assess and fix a GFI outlet outside to my pond that kept tripping when it rained. The problem was actually at the post that has all the outlets and switches for the lights and pumps. They solved and fixed the problem. We will definitely use them in the future.

Had this company come out and put a garden post in for our pool, an extra double outlet near the pool deck future location, and put in a ceiling fan receptacle in the one room of our house. They showed up and within 24 hours I had a quote and agreed to the price. Installation day they showed up with 5 people and knocked the job out of the park. They installed parts I didn't even think about (such as a timer for the pool pump in the circuit). They were knowledgeable and told me the pool needed bonded and grounded, which I didn't know and the other electrician I got a quote from didn't tell me. I am VERY happy with the service provided and thank you guys again!

Bills Brothers came to my residence to do a service entrance. They came in and did their job very professionally. They helped get permits with the city and helped with Ohio Edison. Ron and Geoff really do run a great business.

Ron and crew did an outstanding job updating and brining our house up to code. We had vintage 1950 electric box, etc. I highly recommend this company to all who need any electrical needs. Thank you.

Edit: Phone call was returned like a week later after leaving this review. They did mention having to dig through voice-mails to find mine, so I believe this is an accurate review. I'm changing from a 1 star to a 3 star since I hate doing this and they did request I remove it.

The service guys, Pat and Bryce were awesome! They did everything to perfection. They worked constantly and consistently. I feel very safe and happy with their work. They came when they said and finished a big task quickly. They also had great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. Hilscher-Clarke is a truly great company to have in this area.

Great company. Received my quote quickly. They were nice and courteous. Scheduled a person for an estimate very quickly and scheduled my appointment after the estimate quickly. The Tradesmen that was here was very nice and efficient and did a good job and cleaned up afterwards.

Very professional. They did an amazing job installing some lights and fixing a problem I had. Then I went to pay Doug and his helper (sorry didn’t get his name) I somehow gave him an extra $100 and they very easily could have kept it cause I went to my car to get the change but they handed it back to me. That says so much about both of these men. Thanks for being honest. Thanks for cleaning up after yourself it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for a job well done.

Shocking (pun-intended), would best describe the response to the estimate for replacing old low-voltage wiring with standard wiring.

Was it expensive? Yes.
Was it disruptive? Yes.
Was it messy? Yes.

Was it worth it? YES!

From the initial contact with Heather, at the Hilscher-Clarke Residential office, to the estimate with Seth, to the "home invasion" by the electricians, Pat, Bryce and Matt, we knew we were working with highly competent people.

Replacing an older home's wiring, demands a high degree of patience and perservrence. The electricians kept at it until a viable route for the new wiring was located. It was amazing to watch the cooridated efforts involved. From attic to basement, it was quite a feat.

After the project was completed, and the mess and cost was behind us, we cannot think of a better company to work with than Hilscher-Clarke.

From my initial inquiry to the time they arrived, it was less than 24 hours. Promptly found the issue and fully tested and retested. I was incredibly impressed with the speed to resolution. This was an issue where my home EV charger was tripping the breaker. 100% satisfied.

I would recommend for residential work they will work with you on what you want. Great company

They installed electric lines on the wrong property…

They refused to respond to my calls explaining the problem, they expect my neighbor and I to fix it in court.

Need to edit and add onto to this prior review because of another phenomenal experience. I hope upper management sees this review because whatever you’re paying Seth Corrick, it’s not enough he deserves a promotion and a raise. He is phenomenally efficient and responsive and once again he helped someone I referred out of a jam on very short notice in what to them was a dire situation. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic Seth is at his job and what an incredible representative he is for HC! If he is not fast tracked to upper management, then there is something wrong because he is the type of person that will take a company to the next level!
