Shanklin was extremely professional the whole way around. My tech looked for every economical answer he could find. He answered all of my questions clearly using language that I could understand. I will definitely be using them again and again.

Tom Clark is my preferred technician for servicing both my oil furnace and air conditioner. He is very knowledgeable and in my opinion an expert in his trade. Always personable, efficient, and quick to get the job done. I have requested him for years. Shanklin I view as a reputable firm with qualified technicians. I belong to their annual maintenance program which provides a great value. I would use no other firm for my HVAC needs.

Had this company for the first time. Had them clean out our furnace and AC ducts for the whole house. Very professional, courteous,and hard working pair that did the work in a timely, thorough manner. Would definitely have them out again for something if I needed their skillset.
