Tommy is an amazing service tech. Was here today for my tune up. He explained how he adjusted things to make my hvac run more efficiently and with less strain on the blower motor. Great experience as always with Shanklin!

Trevon did a thorough job on the fall maintenance of my furnace and explained everything. He has excellent customer service skills. I trust Shanklin to be fair and honest and the maintenance olan for heat and AC is reasonable.

Had an issue with the furnace, Shanklin came out and the technician, Tyler was awesome. He fixed the problem and checked a few other things and once again, we had heat. What a great experience. Thanks Shanklin and Tyler for getting us back up and running.

I can't say enough good things about Brandon. He performed the Fall checkup on our furnace to a degree I have never seen. Doctors should give their patients such thorough physicals. He measured and documented EVERYHING, even items I had never heard of. He explained why these items were concerns and what the ramifications could be if there was a failure of any of them. The mark of an excellent craftsman is their patience and objectivity. Brandon was off the charts in both areas.
I admit I was concerned when Shanklin notified me that my regular technician was not able to come. My fears disappeared. It is good to know that Shanklin has such depth in their technical team.
Fortunately, all of the items tested passed with flying colors and I could see the test results. We had a saying in the chemistry and QC lab: In God we trust, all others bring data.
I am confident we are in good hands with Shanklin.

Our repair man was very cordial and very accommodating. He kept looking until he found the solution to the problem we were having. He then went and picked up. The part came back installed. It made sure tuneup was done and changed the air filter. He did such a great job so glad you have great employees like that.

I cannot thank and recommend enough Connor D and the team at Shanklin HVAC for the installation of our new furnace. We needed an emergency replacement and with an opening in their schedule, they were able to install it the same day. Connor might be young in years, but he is a master at his craft. It was an honor to watch his expertise and precision at work. I sure hope he does, but if not, I take great pride in his ability and skills. Excellent customer service - Zach, the technician, went above & beyond to get the heat back on with a temporary repair. Then had a new furnace with humidifier, air filter & thermostat installed. Ian, Lexie & Nathan were very professional. Kept me informed of their progress & fully explained the new system. Highly recommend!

From customer service answering the phones to the service rep that arrived, I cannot say enough good things about Shanklin Heating and Cooling. I don't know where they compare in pricing, but they are definitely worth it. They were able to arrive same day and upfront about everything.

I recently had a new furnace installed & the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable, & efficient, taking time to explain everything clearly. The installation was done quickly and cleanly. I highly recommend Shanklin Heating and their knowledgeable technicians, Nate and Phoenix.

My heat was kicking on and off so I had shanklin come out and look at it. The first guy who came out spent what seemed like 5 minutes downstairs. Said nothing was wrong. So I believed him. Not an hour later it kept kicking on and off again. Called and they sent someone else out here who said the same thing as the first guy. Called Robinson Heating and Cooling out of Canal Fulton and they actually spent time downstairs diagnosing the problem. Turns out there was an issue with a sensor or something related to the computer. He also recommended replacing the fan outside in the unit. Went ahead and had him fix those two things and I haven't had a problem since. Glad I called they out because God only knows if my heat would've went out during this extreme cold we had. Will never use Shanklin again.
