I live in the small town of Hamler Ohio and had storm damage done to my roof. I called Good Guys Roofing and dealt with Scrapio as my main contact. He was very professional and informative. When the day came to have my roof done Danny showed up with the guys and did a great job in one day, in fact they were done in 3hrs. That was tear off and replacement of the roof. I recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their roof with a quality job. If you get them to do your roof I'm sure you will be as very satisfied as I am.

Very professional company. They explained everything step by step, kept us updated on any changes in date due to weather, and finished the job in a very quick. 100% would recommend them to anyone looking to get a roof done.

32 squares, 27 new sheets of decking, gutters, venting etc., the works if you will.
Painless quote process, easy professional communication during and after.
Install day and process was communicated well in advance. Install and cleanup was done in under a workday.
Now for the most important part in my opinion. Quality of install and handling of any issues discovered. After inspecting job a few days after install, not 1 single missplaced/driven nail found- if you know roofs you know how important this is! However a few shingle edges were ripped and an area were it seemed a damaged bundle was used effecting about 5 shingles as it was centrally located and all damage followed the install pattern. This happens, in any industry any company large or small problems happen with human error for any reason. What matters is how the problems are corrected. In this case a few pics were sent to the office and a repair team was sent to correct the issues in less than 24 hours! This solidified my thoughts on if I hired the right company. Problems issues etc. are going to occur with a roof its part of home ownership, but knowing that someone has your back and stands by there work before and after is what all home owners should be seeking.
I would recommend Good Guys to anyone after my experience.

Update 10/30/2025:
Noticed a few spots on front and rear of house on starter shingles lifting/curling around 2 weeks ago. On Oct. 26th 2025 I had time to go check the spots again and I have about 5ft of buckling occurring running from the starter shingles towards the roof peak in multiple areas... 2 of these buckling areas in the front and a 3rd in the rear. This caused me to look a bit harder and discovered another (4th area) lifting/curling in the front at the starter shingle exposing underlayment which has also lifted along with a fastner exactly how the other spots began before the buckling runs started. I texted photos and issues to the office with a response that a repair team would be out this week to correct. I will update again after repair.

11/3/2025:
Issues fixed. Buckling in areas was due to freeze guard being folded over on itself during install. Lifting in areas was due to shingles tar strip not activated properly from lack of sun/heat. All issues addressed.

From the time I called to get an estimate to the finished roof, I received nothing less than excellent service. Serapio came out and examined the roof then sat down with my husband and I and explained everything to us. From the roof layers to the gutter installation to the warranties to the different color shingles and the durability of them to the different pricing options. By the time he left, my husband and I knew that we made the right choice in picking this company to redo our roof. The process from there was so easy and simple. We were scheduled within 3 weeks from our first meeting, we picked out a color and was informed of all the things we needed to know to prepare for the day of installation. Everyone that I came into contact with, was so polite and informative from the gentlemen dropping off the supplies the day before to the gentlemen letting us know that they were getting started on the roof and within 4 hours of them starting, they were all done! This was a great experience and I will be recommending them to everyone I know who needs their roof and gutters done!

Good Guys Roofing. The crew did an excellent job from start to finish. They cleaned the area perfectly and someone came 2-3 hours after they were done and went through the entire yard checking for debris and nails. Mo even stopped out to for inspection of the finished job.

After months of wondering when a roof was going to get done even though they had some of our money allready, my grandma and I decided to go with good guys instead of a different company. Which was a good choice because within a week of contacting them we had a new roof installed, and the actual installation part only took a day. The roof looks great and should last long enough for my grandma to never have to worry about it ever again.

The most efficient roofers ever, completed same day with over 20 workers, and the noise wasn’t even as bad as I expected. I work from home and wasn’t sure if I would be able to that day but they were so quick and used a pneumatic nailer which is quieter and faster than hammering nails. Would definitely recommend.

Yesterday Good Guys Roofing replaced our roof (removed old shingles, repaired damaged wood, and reshingled entire roof) in less than 4 hours ! We appreciated the teamwork of the crew and loved the finish work as well as the clean up that followed. It improved the look of our home greatly, Thanks Good Guys!

We highly recommend Good Guys Roofing! They were very timely with their communications, inspection, quotes, and the most methodical roof tear off, application, and clean up I've ever seen. Our roof was long overdue for new shingles and had to a small hole - the crew showed up and had the whole job completed within 2 hours. They followed up the next day to ensure the work area was tidied up and inspected the work.

This Crew did an amazing job on our roof. I've never seen this many guys come together and work as a team as much as they did. Even after a 12 or 13 hour work day they were still just as friendly as when they arrived. If they tell you they're going to do something, they do it!! The clean up afterward was great. After the first day of work they even made sure my driveway was clear even though it was dark outside just so I can park in my driveway, they were back first thing in the morning as promised and got straight to work and finished the very next day before lunchtime.

We highly recommend Good Guys roofing. Moe was great to work with - very detail oriented, and made it clear that our satisfaction was a high priority. The crew was polite and very efficient. I was skeptical when Moe told us our roof would probably be done in 1 day (we have a good-sized roof). At one point, I counted 28 guys working on various parts of the roof. They had the old shingles off, and probably half of the new ones on by the time they went to lunch. They were finished up by 3:00. The last hour or so they were busy cleaning up, combing through the shrubs and lawn for scraps and stray nails. Moe came out afterwards to answer any questions, and make sure we were happy with the job they did. We also had them replace the bad gutter on the back of the house. Again, the 2 man crew was very polite and efficient. If you go with Good Guys roofing you won’t be disappointed.

My experience working with Good Guys Roofing was wonderful - the roof itself is a superior product. When I arrived after they finished, you wouldn't have even known they had been there (unless you noticed the new roof) because they did such a thorough job of cleanup. I was pleased with the value for the price and I also love that you can count on them to handle small repair jobs too.

A strong wind storm took off more than a few shingles from a second story ridge cap this winter.
Good guys came out and did the repair, and I am happy with the work. The crew were friendly and answered all my questions.
I will use them again in the future.

Andrew and GGRoofing LLC did a great job of replacing our old roof system! Prompt arrival of 10+ crew of roofers for preparation of area, tear off of tarpaper and old shingles. Crew worked hard and teamwork was evident!! Ice guard, protective cover and shingles went down like listening to a drummers solo!! Final cleanup and completion of the project was done to perfection ✅ These construction workers took pride in their work and it showed.

Brandon was the first person we talked to with Good Guys. He is so knowledgeable and offered advice on how to fix our roof. Once on site, the crew did an amazing job. Could not recommend them more!

I called this company on a whim after a roof vent duct on a 2-story rental property blew off in strong winds, leaving a hole in the roof. They responded quickly to my request and replaced the vent the next day, even after snow had fallen overnight. Their employee "V" was prompt & thorough, installing a new vent correctly (vs. what had been done by previous roofer).This company communicates well with their customers and I couldn't appreciate them more. Highly recommend them!
