I couldn't be more pleased with the Sidonian team. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations!!! Great communication! The crew was prompt, very courteous and professional. Non stop working, and clean up was exceptional. If you don't use them...your making a mistake. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our experience with Sidonian was very positive. They responded quickly, the next day, to a tree that was falling due to high winds. The clean-up after was great! Outside of a few ruts in the yard due to the spring rains and the weight of their equipment, everything was fantastic. And the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use Sidonian again for any tree issues we may have.

Excellent work and clean-up is a differentiator with Sidonian Tree Service. I’ve had companies in the past use heavy equipment to pick up sticks but Sidonian took time to do things right and protect our yard and sprinklers. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

We used Sidonian Tree Service to take down a large oak tree in our backyard that was about 95’ tall. Ashley and his crew expertly removed the tree that had to be lifted with a crane over our house. They work with a stump grinding company that came quickly after our tree was removed to grind the stump. Sidonian used a remote-controlled scissor lift to reach the top of our tree for removal, and then they got to work trimming up the rest of our trees – 11 in total. They were really efficient, and even after a full day of work, they took the time to meticulously clean up our yard. We definitely recommend using Sidonian Tree Service if you need trees removed or trimmed.

Good experience with Sidonian Tree Service, they cut down our 5 trees that were 45’ + tall. Ashley and his crew work well together, they were quick and had the appropriate equipment to do the job effectively. They cleaned up well. I recommend this company.

Brice was very professional and very thorough in explaining our options and helping us to make an informed decision. He listened to what my husband and I asked and then answered those questions and let us steer the conversation versus him just giving us a laundry list of things that's so wonderful about their company. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend them highly. Listening to the customer makes any company worth its weight.

I had the pleasure of working with Brice from Hansons Window, and I can honestly say he’s outstanding. From the moment we started, he was friendly, approachable, and super knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions about the different window options and the installation process, and Brice took the time to answer each one thoughtfully. He made sure we understood all the details, which really put our minds at ease.

I only had a free estimate done. Let me say, Adam was great , he answered all my questions, he explained to me the different options I had: thickness, styles, and colors, and financing options. And much more! Next appointment tomorrow! I know it will go wonderfully.

3 stars because our installation was rescheduled once and canceled twice. The first time it was canceled was the day of installation during the time at which someone was supposed to arrive to install the window. Apparently they scheduled it with a team that was not trained to install the type of window we ordered. (But didn't notice this until the day/time of installation.) This was frustrating as someone has to be at the home to let them in, etc. thus missing work, etc. They scheduled me with a new date then called back a couple hours later the same day realizing the team would not be in my area that day, so we needed to reschedule (again..).

The second time it was canceled 2 days prior to the install date due to the installation team being involved in "an accident". They said they would call me back with an updated install date when one was available. 2 weeks later I had not heard back, so I decided to call. They then scheduled me 2 weeks out and said there was a note that management was looking to see if they could get me a sooner date. (I was never contacted by management.) It was successfully installed that time and the install team was great!

The product seems also seems great, (so far). It appears the scheduling department is not on the same page as the rest of the company.

The roofing crew arrived early and got right to work. They worked very efficiently and finished earlier than anticipated.

Cleanup was awesome. I could not find one piece of roofing material or any nails left behind!

Had a shower and bathtub replaced. The installer provided very professional service, was very knowledgeable, very responsive to my questions and made sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up afterwards. 1-800-Hansons also took care of us very well and stayed in contact throughout. Highly recommended. The product itself is easy to clean and beautiful.
