The sliding door we purchased through Hansons was the top of the line. They installed the door but it had no weep holes, so all the wet weather settling in the door crack had no place to go but into our floor and foundation. All the flooring had to be tore out as both corners of the slider rotted clear through to the basement. They installed it's replacemnt but incorrectly and it wouldn't lock properly. In order to better align the door new holes had to be drilled into the door for the hardware, leaving open holes in the door and still unable to fully and properly align it. A new door was sent, but it was substandard grade from what was originally purchased. Fortunately my husband caught it before they tried to install it. We are still waiting for the replacement, it is now getting colder and the insulation is compromised. This issue was initially reported to Hansons back in March.

This is for windows, sizing and ordering was fine and as expected. Windows came after 4 months, not a big deal. One window arrived broken and they installed it and said they would get a replacement. Then the installers couldn't finish in that day so they the trim on the outside of the home off. I tried to get it rescheduled and the installer had something come up, so we set another date and they wanted to push it out a month to finish up. When I told them I would like compensation for the delay of my house sitting wide open they all of a sudden found an open spot the next day. They installer sent photos of the broken window for warranty.

Fast forward to warranty and I waited about 2 months and didn't hear anything but heard whistling coming from the window so called to have that looked at. They set someone up to come look at it and fix it. I asked about the broken window and he said the office couldn't read part of the number so they decided to not contact me or say anything until I had this issue. The tech gave them the info they needed. They said I should have it fixed in 6-8 weeks. 10 weeks later I call them and they said it just came in and I need to schedule to have it replaced but their office is closed. For the next 2 weeks I called and left voice mails to get them to call me but no one would answer. Finally I got a call back and they said we can do it on 7/11. I made plans for them to come and do the install. Then I get a call on 7/10 at 2pm telling me they no longer are doing Friday installs and I need to pick a new day. We are now set for 7/28 to get it installed. So I have been waiting for a replacement of a window for the last 5+ months.

From the start to finish of the project I had a good experience. I had 8 new windows put in. The salesman was up front and honest with his pricing and explanation of each option. The windows were installed professionally. The windows reduced noise, and seem to do better at keeping my house insulated. I'm one more step to restoring this old house to its former glory.

We regretfully used Hanson for our windows in 2022. (Yes I know time has passed but I we have just been dealing with it as we have had other projects to focus on.) To start we never got the option for new constructed windows. Instead we got replacements (not knowing there was a difference) the install was horrible, no one told up they would add quarter round to the inside of all of our windows to hid the ugly cut job done by installers to fit windows in place.

To add my husband and myself have called several times to utilize our warranty as many areas around the windows look to not be sealed correctly. Metal trim is coming off, and caulk missing in areas now.

Stay away from this business as they are not using quality installers nor are they following up with warranty claims.

Had Nate and Chad out absolutely blew us out of the water down to earth quick and very clean made it look absolutely amazing will definitely be using Hanson’s again the company itself really is a good company very professional and worked with us to get our shower installed they do say one day install I do believe most tubs take 2 days maybe be a little more transparent on the actual days it takes I’m not complaining just telling you the Reality of it as far as the sales guy to the installers it was a A + experience I wouldn’t second guess using them again

Everything from the time I contacted the sales rep Brice to the installation was very professional. There was no pressure to buy certain product or upgrade. Customer service was upbeat, the installers were super friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves. So far my new windows are great, less noise, and no more humming with the wind.

The gentlemen that came out whose name is Clarence did a fantastic job. So friendly, easy going. Answered any questions we had. Went through everything and even helped us understand the process of about how long it would take. I need to have 8 windows done but, right now I am only doing 4, then will later on do the other 4. He was very understanding and very helpful.

Crew did a great job ,one and a half days for a complete tear off and reroof of our house and huge garage!! Cleaned up and explained everything done in detail. Thanks Jonathon and crew!!!

The gutter installation team (Justin and his son) was great. There were challenges with access to a spot on the northeast side of the house, and with the prior gutter configuration. The team needed an extra day to complete the work, and Hanson’s made the scheduling adjustments necessary to ensure completion as quickly as possible. The team solved all the problems our old house had, and was professional and cheerful throughout. I would recommend Hanson’s to others - 5 stars!

I called for an estimate. I was contacted 3 business days later, but due to my schedule, I never actually spoke with anyone.

To my surprise, I was scheduled an appointment without my knowledge which is why I am leaving this review.

This business practice alone put a bad taste in my mouth.

I had a stucco chimney vinyl sided and from the onset with the estimate to the day of installation, Hansons was very communicative and flexible in meeting my certain situation for installation. The installation was done by one installer who worked non-stop for a full day and did an excellent job!

It was a smooth process from beginning to end. Travis our sales person did a great job listening to our needs and suggesting the product for our project and budget. The communication from 1-800-Hansons was great from ordering, scheduling to install date. Installers Tim & Wyatt did a tremendous job, the finished product looks great. They cleaned up the work area and hauled away the old windows. Would definitely recommend.

The installation was excellent! The crew was hardworking and professional, clean-up was superb. The only issue was the color of the siding was a little off - so very hard to tell what a large building will look like based on a small chip. The corporate policy was to not let us drive by houses with the same color that they had installed, so that was a disappointment. We are learning to love our Parchment colored siding (yellow-cream).

The crew was fantastic. Asked me questions, questioned a potential plumbing issue that was resolved, and my install looks like a million bucks. Highly recommend!

I personally did not want to have to do this, but I had them out for a 2nd time and still am disappointed. I spent alot of money to get my gutters replaced. I work very, very hard for my money and expect a professional job to be done. The pictures of the gutters themselves was what I was left with after the initial installation. There were issues all over the whole entire job. One of the individuals in charge here in Toledo came out. The gentleman that came to look at the poor job were actually great and could not deny the poor quality. They came out a second time. Hansons corrected the mistakes for the most part, however left screws and scraps throughout my property. I have dogs and nieces and nephews did not appreciate this at all. Long story short I may be farther pursuing this but have yet decided how to approach this. Normally I would just have called them but , I do not want to have them constantly coming out to fix something that should have been done right the first time.

Our experience with Clarence today at our home was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and very professional—to the point that my wife and myself went ahead and canceled all our other estimate appointments. We made the decision to go with Hanson for both our home and garage roof replacements at the same time
