Jimmy Hawkins was knowledgeable, courteous and did a fantastic job repairing our AC unit! Calvery hibachi was a lifesaver for us today with 90 degree temperatures, same day service. We will only use Calvery from now on and we will request Jimmy Hawkins if he is available.

Dana was great. The appointment time was pretty far our, so she gave me some advice on what IO could do myself to potential rectify the problem. She was also very patient while I was struggling with poor phone reception. Great customer service.

Trent came out to my house today & the customer service was excellent! I felt like he really cared about my family’s wellbeing. & He went the extra mile and even lent us some heaters to use. I definitely recommend this company to ANYONE . Why can’t we give more than 5 stars because you guys deserve it !

Jim Davis went above and beyond to repair several issues with our furnaces in our office building and repaired the zoning to ensure the temperature was consistent in the building. I would HIGHLY recommend Calverly Heating & Cooling and will use them again for both business and personal HVAC needs.

These guys installed our HVAC 1.5 years ago and since then we've had them out only for free services until the other day. We noticed the air was pretty dry and the humidity in the house was down. Checked the humidistat and sure enough 19%. Checked the furnace and no water running through humidistat line. Called on Monday they came out on Wed and within 15 minutes Jeremiah had us going. Covered under warranty without question (wire came loose), quick, and friendly!

Dan and his crew just finished up installing a new energy efficient HVAC system at our home today. They did a great job and everything looks so neat and tidy. He explained everything to us regarding how the new system worked and why it is so energy efficient. His crew were always very friendly and respectful of us and our property. Hard workers every one! The vacuum was running frequently throughout the 2-day job (new ducting was being put in). Since our house is an older home everything needed to be retrofitted and in a small space they accomplished their goal of giving us needed ductwork without compromising our space. We're very thankful about that. Dan is a consummate professional, his administrative staff, Joan, was very friendly and accommodating, his crew was top notch and we couldn't be more pleased with the finished product that they installed.

Wow! Where do I start? Dan and his team are what I call unicorns in this business. Very rare!

Original Install two years ago went smooth, service was great. I recently contacted them about adding some air returns. They came out to check it out so that I could get a quote. The technician they sent stated that the air returns we had were more than sufficient, the openings to the returns themselves in the floor just needed to be made larger. It took awhile to get a quote, but once I got that I approved it quickly and the work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

Before I moved into my home, Calverly installed a new furnace as a condition of the sale of the house, I have since had them back to install a new A/C unit and today, I had my first Fall maintenance on the fursnace. Mike did the Fall maintenance on the furnace. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. I requested him to come back and install a new thermostat. Very professional, excellent communication. Worked cleanly and left no mess. They did an excellent job and we are quite pleased with the result. Jimmy, Tevin, and Murphy all showed up ready to work each day. They didn't arrive and then take 20 minutes to "get it together." They were on top of things as soon as they got out of the vehicle and kept at it. They all seemed like nice guys that knew what they were doing. If we are ever in the market for more services, they will be the very first place we contact. Use them- I do not believe that you will be disappointed in the least.

Today, Justin M. from Calverley Heating and Cooling came to the house to clean, check and inspect my AC system ahead of the summer weather. He did an amazing job, was super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me about my AC system and what he was going to do. His level of service, knowledge and kindness is exactly why I always use Calverley Heating and Cooling! 5 stars!

The technician diagnosed a thermostat problem in less than a minute and could have just left it at that and charged me for the basic hour fee. But he happened to also notice that the compressor was really dirty, so he offered to clean that so that I get the most for the basic fee. I appreciated the attitude and the service.

Hard review to write because I love only being positive!
At first, I called and the receptionist put me through to the owner to answer my more complicated question about price of fixing something wrong with our AC that another company came out and quoted us for. He was super nice and helpful, and I told him we'd get back to him. He told us the price of the diagnosis to see what the issue is ($119) goes toward the price of repair, which this other company did not offer. So we decided to go with Calverley because of that reason, we thought was awesome! We had a tech come out and he couldn't tell what the exact issue was that day, but he assured us what the other company quoted us was way off, so we felt great about that. He said they'd have to send someone out the next day after our coils in the AC weren't frozen over. He charged us the $119 still. Finally the next day, our problem was diagnosed and we set up a time for repair. A different tech came out and fixed our AC issue. My husband paid without paying attention to the fact that they didn't take off the diagnosis fee like we were told that they do by the owner. So he called a different day and asked about that. He was told a very confusing answer by the front desk lady about why they didn't do that and wouldn't do it. He could tell that even though he mentioned we were told that by the owner that this was not going to be resolved so he ended it. He said the answer she gave him, seemed very shotty like she was coming up with it on the spot. We understand that things can get lost in communication especially when 3 different techs come out to your house but we chose Calverley based on how helpful the owner was over the phone and that we weren't going to lose out on another diagnosis fee. We felt like they could be trusted to not overcharge etc. My husband and I work in the customer service world and always give the benefit of the doubt and we are always polite, but felt like we were given the run around after they had our money. The techs who were out though (forgot their names) were super nice and we really liked them, the owner was also a very kind man over the phone who I wish would have helped when it came to this issue in the end. I wish I could give a 4 and a 5 star rating.
