As a superintendent for a residential builder in Perrysburg I could not ask for a better trade partner to work with daily.
Calverley Heating and Cooling is top notch in my professional opinion. From the office team to the installers in the field I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. The installers are always positive, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. With new construction their are always obstacles to overcome, and the team at Calverley is on top of them no matter what.

We have a yearly maintenance program with Calverly. They are great about letting us know when it is time for the Spring and Winter Servicing. We have 6 units and it takes them 2 days to be able to complete the servicing of them twice a year. They do an amazing job. Our technician Mitchell is always so professional and knowlegeable.
This year we had to have a hot water tank replaced as an emergency service. I called in the afternoon, sent them photos of the issue and they were out the next morning to replace.
Everyone from the Office Staff to to Service Crew is top notch!

Spoke with Dan about my need for a new furnace and how it was rather urgent, me knowing it’s peak busy season I didn’t have my hopes up and was assuming I was going to live with space heaters for several days. He was able to get mine replaced at a great price point along with prompt speed this whole process was done within 24/48 hrs. On 12/18 Calverley sent their cavalry to provide me with a flawless install. The tech Rick made feel as if he had a doctorate in HVAC. They were very polite/efficient/professional and made sure to lay tarps down etc. (even though I already had some down) not one spec of dirt was left behind. I now am living lavish with this QUIET new furnace that keeps the ambient temp perfect.

I recently had Calverley out for a full furnace and AC replacement and I can't speak more highly of their work and effort. The owner does all of their initial site visits and quoting. He wasn't pushy salesman just generically pricing, and didn't try to upsell. He just made practical recommendations, with explanations, as well as the follow up call when sending the quote to explain options. the installers busted their asses for 3 very full days. They were both very personable, they kept their composure during the challenging existing conditions, did quality work, and even identified a plumbing issue I had in the crawl space. Just very impressed and appreciative with their efforts. I won't hesitate to recommend Calverley to anyone I know that needs HVAC work.

My experience with Calverley has been great. I had to get my humidifier moved on my furnace and the whole process was smooth: from the initial estimate visit with Dan, to scheduling, to the project completion. In particular, the technician Drew was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time he spent with me to answer my questions and share his insight. Based on the positive interaction, while he was here I inquired if they had a yearly routine maintenance program. He said he’d have the office email me a quote, and the office had the quote in my inbox hours later that same day. They are clearly efficient and customer focused at Calverley. I plan to use Calverley for that yearly routine service program.

In 2020 it was time to replace my aging heat pump (yes heat pump) with a gas furnace. I contacted 4 companies for quotes and guidance. I decided to go with Calverley because Dan Calverley was very knowledgeable, impressive, and very easy to work with along with competitive pricing. The American Standard brand they represent is one of the top-rated brands for quality and reliability. The install was timely and went smoothly without surprises. I have them do bi-annual preventative maintenance. All of their techs call before showing up, are courteous, and also very knowledgeable. Most recently techs Miekel and Mitchell have gone the extra mile along with Kelsey in the office keeping me informed and quickly responding to a phone call. Needless to say, I am very happy I choose Calverley.
