Jim at Calverley was AMAZING! And that may be an understatement. He took great care of servicing our furnace. He explained everything well to us. Even after the job was completed, he followed up with us to see how the furnace was operating. The quality service we received has made us a committed consumer of Calverley.

I emailed for a quote and the next day, I got a call the next day. Calverley was to be my third of four estimates. Once I talked with Dan Calverley and got his estimate, I didn't need to get the fourth estimate. His estimate was lower than the other two with better equipment! I made the deal with Dan on Thursday and the next Tuesday the crew started the installation. It went flawless! Smooth, easy install process. It took two days and I could barley tell anyone had been here. Great working system so far! A few days after the installation, Dan called me to check it! Excellent company to do business with! I would highly recommend! You will not be disappointed using Calverley Heating and Cooling...

Jimmy and Collin replaced my 50 year old furnace and A/C with American Standard equipment and everything is working fantastic. The city of Oregon just inspected the installation and I was told by the inspector these guys do great work and make his job easy. I highly recommend Calverley.

I received numerous quotes to replace my A/C. Due to the details, clear explanations, and complimentary Spring maintenance, I decided to go with Calverley. They replaced my A/C system but the issue I had experienced remained. The A/C crew thought that it was a deflect in the furnace board. I asked them to place an order for the part and they came the next day and replaced the board. Unfortunately, the issue remained.

After further inspection, Drew, the only person who was able to correctly diagnose the issue in the last 4 years figured that it was the Nest thermostat we had since the day we moved in. It was pulling the power from the board and causing lower voltage and the fan was continuously trying to start itself, going on and off. It was a simple fix ONLY IF you know what the problem is.

Shout out to Drew who saved us paying for the board, or a whole furnace replacement! I cannot express how much I appreciate his intelligence and help. We are in the process of selling our house and won't have a chance to enjoy cooler summer days but I am glad SOMEONE was finally able to resolve our issue that has been going on for over 4 years.

And of course thanks for the great craftsmanship. You literally can tell these guys are amazing at their job when it comes to install a new A/C. I recommend them to anyone who has A/C needs.

I am sadly disappointed in the service that we received. They said that the heat exchanger was faulty and we needed to change it, due to a large amount of carbon monoxide was coming from it. I spoke with the technician and he said that they did not work with Carrier units but they would change the whole furnace for thousands of dollars.
They had worked on our unit the year before but never told us that they did not work on Carrier. So I called another company and was told that the heat exchanger was under warranty. I called the owner of Calvary and told him what the technician said. That it was something that they could not do, but the owner assured me that they could do it and it was a misunderstanding. He did say it would be cheaper to go through a Carrier Dealer though. So I did decided to go that route.
The technician told us that he did do all the maintenance and cleaned everything.

When the new technician came out. He said it was not the heat exchanger at all. He said the gas to the unit was extremely high and that the unit itself was extremely dirty. He cleaned the unit and set the gas properly, retested and the carbon monoxide was not a problem.

I am so sad because I trusted Calvary and I have been paying a maintenance plan that obviously was not done properly.

I would suggest that if you do use them. Double check what they say. Get a second opinion. As this could have cost us so much more money instead of $150.

I actually did call Calvary back on 10/11/24
I spoke to one of the girls and explained that the other company said that the furnace had not been cleaned and that the gas was turned up very high and that would cause the carbon monoxide to register high. She assured me that she would reach out to the owner and he would either call me back that day or first thing Wednesday morning as he was out of town. I did not receive a call as expected and assume I would not hear from him, so I decided not to pursue anything from this point. I am not trying to harm a small business but I am trying to make awareness that it is important to double check things when it does not make sense to you.
I had all the confidence in the world with this company until I had their work double checked and was shown the proof that the furnace was not maintained as we were told.

Calverley Heating and Cooling was fabulous in their customer service and work performance! Geri McGovern was extremely accommodating in the office regarding our scheduling and insurance claim. Jimmy Hawkins and Brandie Pearce were very efficient and courteous working in our home and did a great job cleaning up their work space. Drew was very quick and kind in providing an initial estimate. Dan, the owner was considerate to move our HVAC install date up after considering our circumstances. I would highly recommend Calverley!

Called for a non working AC unit on a commercial retail building and Calverley had a tech out, and the repair made in a very timely fashion. Unit went out again a few weeks later due to another issue and Calverley had a tech out and had me up and running within the hour. I will definitely be using them again for all my commercial and residential HVAC needs. This company went above and beyond very impressive.

Dan was very informative he answered all my questions and then some. His quote was fair and honest. Mitch and Todd installed a full HVAC system for us, they were very professional and through handled all the obstacles my house threw at them with ease and humor. I highly recommend this company. When we are ready for a hot water tank they will be who we call. You won't be sorry if you hire them!

I recently had Calverley service my furnace after returning home from vacation and finding that it was not working properly. They were very prompt and professional! They fixed it immediately which made my family happy! They then scheduled a follow up cleaning for a few days later. The gentleman that cleaned my furnace provided me with everything he did in a written email. I was highly impressed and will use them again on a regular basis!!!!!!!!!!!

Last year in 2023 our heat went out at (obviously) a very cold day. Calverley was quick to respond, find the problem and get the part that needed to be replaced and they saved the day! So when the cold season started this year, there was no doubt I needed them to come out for some preventative maintenance to keep things healthy! Erica scheduled my maintenance and was very knowledgeable and courteous. The technician was on time, friendly, quick but thorough, and he got everything clean and working at its optimal performance. Mike from Calverley installed a humidifier on our furnace yesterday! He worked very hard and was very focused on the job! He went up and down our basement stairs many times. He cleaned up and showed us how to use the equipment! I highly recommend Calverley! They are always prompt and professional!

Jimmy and Collin were here for a full furnace and A/C replacement and did an excellent quality installation. Neatly and professionally done, they cleaned up each day and were courteous and careful when working. Enjoying the new American Standard equipment, so much quieter than my old units and, hopefully, much more efficient.

As I sit in a 72F house, I find myself incredibly thankful for the hard working team at Calverley. Friday evening our AC went out and they were able to send a HVAC tech out after hours to troubleshoot. They found that we needed a new coil unit, and that while they likely had the equipment, he wasn’t sure when they’d be able to schedule us for install. Fast forward to Monday morning and I receive a call before Calverley opens asking if it would be ok for them to come out and perform the install work that day. Having spent the weekend in an +80F house, we were overjoyed. The HVAC tech informed me they rescheduled a new construction job that they were supposed to work that day in order to perform our repair. Again, I can’t say enough about how courteous and professional everyone was. I will be using them for the foreseeable future.

First off he called me about 15 minutes before the he arrived. He was on time! Mitch is courteous, knowledgeable, has great technical skills, and a great communicator! I was informed of a problem that I was unaware of, the problem was resolved by Mitch.
This morning, having read his report, I can say without a doubt he is thorough in his field report. Everything a consumer wants.
