Super pleased with the paver patio they installed in the front of our house and the lawn restoration they did in bare ares where massive trees had been removed. Crew was professional, courteous and hard working. We will use them again & highly recommend them.

I wanted to rate them highly because when Chris came out to meet with me and see what I wanted he was very professional and nice and seemed to have very good, detailed ideas. He told me that he would email me the estimate within a couple of days. I didn't hear anything back by the the third day or so, so I called and left a voicemail with the assistant Ramona I believe. When she text me back she said he had been busy and would get back to me. After still a little while longer I was thinking about putting the job on hold because of the run around but she asked if I still wanted him to send the estimate and I said yes. Next day or so I received an email from Chris saying they didn't have the workers and couldnt do the job so they could continue to focus on their existing clients. Never was this ever mentioned to me in the meet that we had that there would be a problem or delay for the job. Although the email was professional in the wording I felt that it was a brush off. And it's very hard to get into any contact with them. He should have just declined the job if they didn't want to do it instead of getting my hopes up.

Edit: 8/29/18 No cuts for a month and limited contact. Moving to another lawn care service.

I have had CC's for over 2 seasons. Very reasonable on price. Chris always responds quickly to emails and has electronic sign which makes it easy to setup additional services if needed (lawn care, leaves, etc..). His team comes and does all the trimming, edge work, and leave blows off the driveways.

I've had Chris and his guys out a couple times now for some major grading / drainage projects and am very happy with the results. There doesn't seem to be a task too large or too small. Chris patiently lays out all options and sees the project through. Unlike other companies in the area, very responsive too, scheduling within a week or 2 tops.

Chris has been my landscaper for over 10 years. He has done hardscapes and maintenance during that time. His work is exceptional. He always shows up when he says he will. Always comes out for extras with no complaints. Professional, friendly, dependable, reasonably priced.

I contacted CC Landscaping and several other companies to quote on a landscaping project for the home I just moved into. I was very impressed with the speed of response and the proposal put together to do the job by CC. They had the best proposal and I went ahead to contract them for the work. They did it on schedule, within budget and it was done efficiently with great care to the rest of the area of the yard. I am very pleased with the result so much so, that I started using them exclusively for weekly lawn care and other projects like spring cleanup and hedge/bush trimming. They have continued to do an outstanding job for me at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

We have used CC’s Landscaping for more than 8 years. Chris is very detailed oriented and meticulous with his work. We have also used him for snow plowing for the same amount of time. We have never had a problem. Every morning at the same time his crew pulls up to do our drive, and again before I get home from work. We are very happy with the job they have done and would recommend them.

We were very happy with the work done to regrade our land and divert water from entering our home. We also liked that we were guided to a simple solution, and not oversold more than we needed, as financial times are tough.

They did a wonderful job on a storm sewer drainage problem I had been putting off for quite a while. It was a pleasure working with Chris. It's obvious that he really likes what he does and that customer service is very important to him. Highly recommend!

We had our patio cleaned and sealed and rocks installed around our new fence. Looks great! The guys doing the work were polite and efficient. The office staff was courteous and answered my questions in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend.

I hired CC’s to help me deal with serious drainage issues on my property. They installed a french drain and dry well that have completely resolved my issues as promised. The work was of the highest quality and the price was reasonable. I have already hired them to do another project.

Chris and his team exceeded our expectations when redoing our patio. They were extremely nice and on time. They helped us make decisions to ensure that the end result was beautiful and function for our home. And they took our old chain link fence out!

Chris and his crew do a great job. Over 3 years they have helped rebuild a long-neglected flower/woody garden; first with extensive weeding and regrading, then mulch each year and also built 2 raised garden beds and fencing. Easy to work with!

Ryan and Bob came out, gave me a quote upfront, even let me watch while they hydro jetted my pipe, explaining along the way what they were looking for and what they were doing. They were both very professional yet friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

One of my renters called to tell me that his basement was flooded and I was out of town. First, I called a drain cleaning company from Barberton (The Magic City) They were rude on the phone and told me that they were too busy to help and would not respond to my flooded basement for at least two weeks. Then I found 911 Plumbing -- from the receptionist who answered the phone to Jeff who did the actual plumbing work, they are pleasant, helpful and very responsive. 911 Plumbing came out the same day, assessed the problem and kept me (and my renter) informed during the entire process of clearing the drain and getting the basement drained! Thanks again Jeff and the staff at 911 Plumbing! You will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. You guys are what everyone hopes they will encounter when they need to call a plumber!

WOW had there tech come and snake my kitchen sink he brake the snake in my drain then tell me they can fix it for 1100 hundred dollars so i asked to speak to the owner get this he walk out get in his truck and leave didn't even put the sink back together good luck if you choose this company 🤬

my experience with Adam Taylor was wonderful. He was sensitive and thorough and explained in detail everything he was doing. He is polite, knows what he is doing and efficient in his work. It was a tough job but he persevered until he found the problem. My name is Tammy Haseley not Samantha Hoyt (that is my granddaughter.)

Rob displayed good communication and arrived at the scheduled time slot to start the job. Rob knew what he was doing and worked with great professionalism. Rob was great in explaining what he was doing and answered all of the questions that I posed to him. I would not have any hesitation with Rob returning to preform another job.
