Reviews of local pros in Mayfield Heights, Ohio

CC's Landscaping is an excellent company. I have been a customer for over 5 years and recommend them to anyone.

I would look for another landscaper. It’s the end of November and they still keep cutting the grass despite the grass not needing it for over a month (probably to keep the invoices flowing). My yard is basically a mud pit from their tractors and completely ruined!

Top notch service and quality. The team was very responsive and did a great job planting multiple trees for us. I highly recommend

CC's Landscaping is always professional, on-time, and friendly. My lawn looks great and no grass is left on the driveway or sidewalk.

Been a customer for 3 years, I am very satisfied with their services, very professional crew, great communication from all levels of employment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for landscaping work.

Had our yard cleaned, mulched, and a portioned flattened out. The crew was very professional, on time and considerate. I will be using them again in the future.

The crew came every day until the job was done. The work was excellent and everything looks great!

I've been a customer of CC's Landscaping for 5+ yrs and couldn't be happier or more satisfied with their services, whether it's yard maintenance or snow plowing. They've installed landscape bed retainers and a paver walkway that are attractive and added value to the property.

I’ve had CC’s for several years now and have enjoyed the flexibility when needed. Summer time for cutting or winters for plows always responds to texts and gets his crew out when needed. Looking forward to 2021!

Takes advantage of elderly widows. Special place in hell for Chris. You'll burn

BBB will be contacted tomorrow. But, he doesn't care

Edit: I do not have the wrong company. I see you can respond to a Google review but you can't take the time to return a phone call? I'm not dumb. I know what company I'm reviewing. Return your damn phone calls.

I would love to give the glowing experience you seem to have had, not so. Never ever catch someone when I call. Have gotten called back eventually and worked out a plan and set date. My final heartbreak was an appointment for June 5 that never happened and no call to say not coming, reschedule, nothing. I did call them today is Friday, still no response.

Absolutely fantastic!! From start to finish. When I called for a quote they were kind and professional. The crew came out within a few hours on the SAME day I called! Did everything I asked for in the exact amount of time quoted and the price was exceptional!
Thanks so much CCs Landscaping!

While shopping around last year for a new landscaping company, I contacted CC's for an estimate and received prompt and friendly follow up as well as a price none of their comptetitors' could beat! CC's is an exceptional company to do business with. They are professional, offer competitive prices and keep my lawn looking great all season!

We have been using CC's Landscaping's lawn mowing and plow services for 5+ years, and have never had an issue. Their services are very affordable and the crew is always kind and professional. I would recommenced them to any NEOhio business or home lawn.

We did a total tear out of old landscaping and removal of the yard. Chris did a great job of designing our total yard laid down new sod. He and his team were very professional , efficient and meticulous . We are thrilled with the transformation of our of our landscaping and yard.

Chris (owner) is very dedicated to his customers. If there is ever a problem he will personally correct it immediately. He is always concerned to do his best for his customers. I have his service for landscaping and snowplowing for 3 years now and I know I can count on him.
I am pleased with his efforts toward his customers.

Faced with old front beds that were overgrown with neglect, we called CC's for a fresh start. Chris was quick to respond to our inquiry. He was a great listener and understood our tight budget. He leveled and changed the depths of the front beds creating areas much more manageable. Using a landscape computer program he created a visual mock up of his ideas for plantings. He installed all the plantings. He created retaining walls with existing pavers we already owned (he was always finding ways to save us money). He was very creative with the use of huge boulders found in our beds. He and his team were polite and hard working. His trucks are very clean. My yard is always looking great after his weekly maintenance. On the big job he did for us I feel like he went above and beyond. He has a good eye and is genuinely hoping to improve my yard. I have given his name to friends and family, and recommend him to you as well.

Got the pleasure to work with Chris and his team. Their communication skills, topic knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction was proven throughout this process. Highly recommend, won’t ever use another company!

Wonderful Service, Friendly Staff, Professional High Quality Outcome- All you can ask for in a company! Highly recommend CC's Landscaping- they went above and beyond to make our vision come to life!!! Our new retaining wall is stunning! Thank you Chris & Staff, you all were amazing!

This is the second season we have had CC's doing our weekly landscaping and I am so happy.

The service is great and our yard looks even better. My yard is cut on time every week and I never have to call to check on when things will be done.

Bills are sent out on time and the workers are very friendly.

We hired CC's Landscaping to design and install our flower beds and plant our lawn. There was a lot of planning involved and Chris was involved in each step of the process helping us along the way. He made himself available whenever we reached out and his communication and quality of work was outstanding. We would recommend CC's Landscaping to anyone in NE Ohio looking for a reliable landscaper.
