First time using Serenity’s services, and I was very happy with the whole experience, from scheduling, actual services, and responsiveness to questions I had along the way. Destiny was our cleaner, and I found her to be very thorough in her work and a pleasure to have in our home.

Everything looks fantastic. Rebecca is incredible, so consistent and detail oriented- we are so thrilled with her and what she does for us and our home. Every I is dotted and t is crossed when we come home on days that she was here and can not sing her praises enough! I especially want to thank her for today, I know she had a tough day and the schedule got behind but she didn't cut a single corner while she was here and we so so appreciate all her work.

Absolutely do not fall for the ads you see for this business. I had a cleaning scheduled for this previous Tuesday. My family left the home so the cleaner could clean in peace. Upon returning, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt I booked a deep clean now I suggested at least two cleaners come. For whatever reason only one young lady was sent and the cleaning was very mediocre. I mean, I could’ve done a better job myself which is why I don’t understand why in the world I paid $219 for a deep clean when all this young lady did was rearrange the stuff on my countertops. The best job she did was in the bathrooms, but the rest of the house was hardly touched. There was dust still on my baseboards when I specifically booked the cleaning to clean my baseboards I even made note of it when I booked the service. Also, I have a cat and I may know that as well on the website when I booked the service upon returning home, the door leading to a very obvious litter box was closed, so my cat was without a litter box for hours. I’m betting you can only imagine how that might lead to more cleaning being needed. Not only that, but upon returning home and walking, barefoot in my kitchen, my feet were black from dirt. I recently had movers in my home for a furniture delivery, which is why my kitchen floor was so dirty now wouldn’t you expect your floors to be mopped with a deep cleaning that you paid over $200 for? That was the final straw for me when I left a review with their website on Wednesday night the following day on Thursday someone from this team reached out to me, apologizing and asking if I wanted someone to come and do the cleaning again. I reluctantly agreed and I was told that the service would occur the following day on Friday now I have to travel for work and I had to leave on Friday and I did not discover until later Friday evening that no one ever came to clean the home, not only that upon looking on the booking website, there was no service associated with my account for that Friday or any emails, suggesting that an official booking would occur. Now I’ve had to wait all weekend and I called this company to ask for a refund because clearly my home will not get cleaned properly. The customer service person. I just spoke to informed me that I could only get a refund for 20% because “only some of the things weren’t done”. So much for 200% make it right guarantee. Absolute ripoff ghost service. Fell for another Facebook ad.

Scheduled a deep clean on short notice- they were able to send someone the next day. My house is always messy with three kids, but it was absolutely horrible (my toddlers got into the fridge/pantry, I feel enough said with that…). It was easy to check on the arrival time, and having previously used a company that sends 4-5 people for a 4h deep clean I was nervous when they said it would be just one, but Milana was amazing! She was very kind and very patient with my kids while we were home, and did above what I had asked. This was the first clean where my husband felt it was 100% it since moving to the area. We have a big house, I was impressed by how quickly she was able to get through each room, especially ones like my daughter’s bedroom where there was a lot of clutter. Just very happy with our experience

Catherine is the best cleaner by far. She is the only reason I will give 5 stars to this company. She is thorough, consistent and patient. She pays attention to detail and is a perfectionist. She is THEE BEST.

Everything was great! Our cleaner, Milana, was wonderful and she seemed to really care about the work she does. We would love to have her back for our next cleaning. She is a great representative of serenity clean! Very conscientious and very thorough.

Coming home after work and not having to worry about cleaning the fridge or taking care of the floors is a game changer. It’s hard to put a price tag on a stress, but so far Serenity has been well worth it

My cleaner who single‑handedly tackled my entire first floor and did an amazing job. She was incredibly detail‑oriented, kept digging in until everything was spotless, and even finished winding up my sweeper and putting my clean supplies away.
My husband and I are very pleased with the thoroughness of the service.

Super easy to schedule and thorough! Was my first time working with them, they walked through what was needed prior to the first appointment. The person that arrived was prompt, walked through everything that was scheduled and did great work. We plan on using Serenity Clean regularly going forward.
