Reviews of local pros in Mayfield Heights, Ohio

I was preparing to put my house in the market for sale and need to do a deep cleaning on the kitchen, all 4 bathrooms, all interior windows, and siding throughout the stairs and the loft area. I interviewed a few house cleaning companies and chose to go with Svitlana with a very reasonable price and her stellar performance review. I couldn't choose a better one other than Svitlana to do the work. My house looked very clean and pristine after she cleaned them. Both my realtor agent and I were very pleased with the result and ready for the scheduled open house. Thank you, Svitlana for the excellent work!

Svitlana deep cleaned our house today. She worked very hard. The house is immaculate! Most notable: she scoured the grout in the shower, she got grime off our kitchen ceiling fan, and cleaned the outside of all the kitchen cabinets. Truly a thorough deep cleaning!

I have used other services that came every two weeks... always a very superficial cleaning. When i meet Lana i got the impression she was very serious about cleaning. I'm so happy to report, she is the real deal.

Svitlana is wonderful! She is very organized and professional, and did an amazing job cleaning my house! She scrubbed away all the dirt and grime and made my house look brand new. She is very thorough and treats your home like her own. I will definitely use Svitlana again and recommend her to others. Thank you for doing a wonderful job!

Svitlana and her son did a beautiful job deep cleaning my house. From windows to wood work, doors and floors, it looked and smelled amazing. I highly recommend.

Svitlana came with her son for the first deep cleaning of our house and did a fantastic job. I was most impressed with her cleaning behind and around my oven (upon request), the cabinet fronts, and the upstairs bathroom. We live in a very old house and the dust clings to every surface, especially the cracks/edges of the original pine cabinetry. After both myself and my husband scrubbed our very old and stained tub upstairs, I had little hope any cleaning service would do much better. It is now sparkling and all of the grey stains are gone. Svitlana was a bit more expensive than other cleaning services I’ve had (I’ve tried several), but she far exceeded them all and is worth every penny. I have already recommended her to three other people. I plan on updating my review after she comes back for the first regular cleaning.

Svitlana and her son arrived early and immediately began deep cleaning my house with incredible efficiency. They didn’t just clean - they transformed our space! My kitchen is now beautifully reorganized, making everything much more functional. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they worked quickly without compromising quality.

Even my daughter, who wasn’t here in person and lives elsewhere, saw photos of their work and was amazed. She insisted they deserve a fantastic review, and I completely agree!

If you’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and thorough cleaning team, I highly recommend Svitlana. I’ll definitely be using her services again!

D I A N A Cleaning is FANTASTIC! She did a first standard cleaning for us that was so thorough it seemed like spring cleaning. She works nonstop and does a truly remarkable job. We have never been this clean! We are absolutely thrilled with this company and her work. Highest recommendation!

Prior to using this cleaning service we struggled to keep our house clean due to pets and busy work and social lives. They are flexible with scheduling, efficient, trustworthy, and most importantly leave the house sparkling. Svitlana and Bogden clean our house as though it was their own and we are always pleased with how clean and fresh it is when they are done.

He did a wonderful job cleaning my home! Thank you

Great cleaning! Prompt, easy to book, good quality.

A+ performance. Very thorough and thoughtful. Will definitely use again.

Will NOT be using this company! My cleaning window was between 11-3, I specifically asked for a 3pm slot and was assured that that's was fine...an hour later i received a text that they are running behind, at 4:20 I reached to them, no answer, finally at 4:30 manager called and said they were running late, I requested a refund, although they were supposed to charge me after the cleaning, not before, but she insisted on rescheduling, which I didn't want to do anymore. After few minutes of arguing, she wanted to charge me a cancelation fee, which is outrageous, since I never canceled, they just didn't show up... just the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth...will try someone else.
