Reviews of local pros in Mayfield Heights, Ohio

Contacted Svitlana to clean prior to an open house. She graciously fit us in her schedule and did a great job including windows and floors. Very professional, kind and courteous.

I have been using Lans for 2 years now since I moved into my new place! She is onetime with a smile even with my crazy a@# dogs barking at her from the upstairs ( they love, just wanna see her lol)
Lana has tons of energy is extremely trustworthy and gets the job done. Every 2 weeks and my place is like new again!!
Couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend!

Svitlana’s thorough deep clean was like no other cleaning service I’ve had in the past. She helped get my house meticulously spotless and organized. I would highly recommend her!

Svitlana is amazing ! The amount of deep cleaning she did in 4 hours was incredible. She is very fast and thorough. I was very pleased with her services! I would highly recommend her anytime

Did not complete the cleaning as spelled out in the written scope of work. Had her come back to address the items missed. She became argumentative. When we met for the quote, she said the crew will work 8-10 hours for a rate similar to what I have paid other agencies. When she arrived for the job, she said she would be done in six hours.

Svitlana and her son were amazing! They did a deep clean of all 3 floors of my home for a reasonable price. I searched all over google for a quality/reasonable company to work with in south Euclid so if you are doing the same then you won’t be disappointed!!

Lana is the BEST. She did a thorough job, deep cleaning the entire house. A very sweet and kind woman. Have tried other cleaning services, but she is the best. Had a hard time convincing her to stop cleaning, or she would have stayed longer to make sure the place was spotless. We now have her scheduled regularly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her. Well worth it.

Svitlana's work is exceptional. She fit our cleaning project into her schedule within a week of our initial call, just before the holidays, during what I am sure is a busy time. She was fast, efficient and left our home spotlessly clean and smelling fresh. She is the most thorough cleaner we have ever worked with. Highly recommend!

Svitlana is FANTASTIC! She did a first standard cleaning for us that was so thorough it seemed like spring cleaning. She works nonstop and does a truly remarkable job. We have never been this clean! She is vaccinated so we felt safe having her in our home for hours. We are absolutely thrilled with her and her work. Highest recommendation!

Svitlana is amazing! She cleaned our large home from top to bottom, and didn’t miss a spot. Best cleaning service we’ve had, by far. I would highly recommend her for all of your cleaning needs!

For two full-time working parents of a toddler and two cats, it’s hard to keep the house tidy, let alone sparking clean. Svitlana did an amazing job deep cleaning our house! She didn’t miss a single detail- cleaning the baseboards, lamps, fans, and windowsills and even cleaned our toaster oven! She took our house from chaos to peace and made it feel like home again. We’re excited to have her start coming regularly!

Svitlana has cleaned my house for over two years. She is extremely trustworthy and does a fantastic job cleaning my house. She is very reasonably priced compared to the other services out there. She is friendly, hard working and always cleans up to my standards. You will not regret hiring her!!

Svitlana did an absolutely amazing deep clean! I had just moved to townhome in an unkempt state and despite the apartment managers calling cleaners again and plenty of effort myself, there were still smells and uncontrolled dust. Svitlana did a very thorough job and I am no longer coughing from dust and smells have resolved. She is very professional and detail oriented. I will definitely continue to book with her for cleans.

After seeing her recommended in a local community group, Svitlana cleaned our house today and did excellent. Our house is spotless and she took the time to make sure we were satisfied before leaving. Her prices were more than fair and we booked her to come regularly every two weeks from now on!

Svitlana just started cleaning for us and so far we are extraordinarily happy with her work! She clearly works very hard and efficiently. We love that she is friendly with our kids and pets. This is a busy household and she works around our schedule as much as possible. Her work is through and we just love the smell of our fresh clean house after each time! Thank you Svitlana we will refer you to others!

We absolutely adore Svitlana. We have been having her clean twice a month for over two years. She does a wonderful job. She is very thorough and always meets our expectations. She is dependable and even is great with our dog. We highly recommend her for any cleaning services. We consider ourselves lucky to have found someone like her!

My parents are in their late 70's and not the best at cleaning anymore. Since they were away for the holidays I decided to clean & rearrange their home. I hired Svitlana for cleaning. She did an amazing job. She was very thorough. She was reasonably priced. But most importantly she was extremely kind and professional. I will be using her monthly to clean their home.

Svitlana and her son deep cleaned our house this past weekend. They did a fabulous job. I have 3 kids and a husband so this was no easy task. They left every room like new and my house is still smelling fresh and clean even after 4 days. She even organized some of my kitchen cabinets! We booked her to return immediately and look forward to her cleaning our house regularly.

We hired Svitlana to do a deep clean of our kitchen and bathroom. What a tremendous value for the cost, I'm seriously blown away! I don't think my windows or light fixtures have ever been this sparkling clean! After the excellent job she did, we decided to have her come clean our house regularly. I had never hired a cleaner before, but with my work schedule I have to admit I need some help to keep my sanity. So, so pleased we found her!

10/10 would recommend. She came in for a free consultation to talk about what we were looking for and gave us the cost. She arrived on time and got straight to work. She cleaned places I wouldn't have even thought of (lifting up Couch cushions and cleaning under them, lifting up dog crates, etc). She's fast too.

Lana is amazing!!! She did a deep clean of our house and it is sparkling top to bottom; we have never seen our house look so clean! She is quick and thorough, and leaves no mess behind. Our kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely gleaming and the whole house smelled wonderful. She is also very friendly and responsive. We are so happy we found her! Highly recommend!
