the service was good. My cleaner was very respectful and paid attention to detail. the place was left in a great condition and had no issues with the service afterwards. very happy with this team.

Jessica is a stellar cleaner. She is also very caring and compassionate. Jessica interacts with my elderly mother seamlessly. So glad we found her. Deep clean and maintenance has changed my life.

So thankful to have had Kristin in my home today. When you have slacked and need help to get back to good she’s your person. It’s hard to reach out for help when you are not on top of all. This company, and specifically Kristin, I couldn’t be more grateful for. After a lot of ick I am going into the weekend recharged after working with her today and being treated so well and so respected. Such a hard worker! My home looks great!

I had my second cleaning done today 4/30/24 by Serenity and again it looks flawless. I’m so happy I made the decision to setup a service to help me clean my house. Less mess = less stress!!

I recently used Serenity Clean for a one-off cleaning appointment and was quite disappointed with the results. Our regular cleaning lady, who does an excellent job, fractured her foot, so we needed a replacement for this week. Unfortunately, the man sent by Serenity was not up to par.

While he was polite, he was incredibly slow and seemed wildly inexperienced for a professional servics. Our regular cleaner takes about 4 hours to clean the entire house, but he couldn't even finish the downstairs in that time. His inexperience was evident in the way he handled the cleaning tasks, missing spots and not cleaning thoroughly.

This experience was frustrating. The manager called me the following day after I texted her my dissatisfaction with the service. There was no apology—simply an acknowledgement that cleaning should not take that long and that she will speak with him later regarding his pace. I wouldn't recommend Serenity based on this encounter. They need to ensure their staff are better trained and more efficient.

Update:
I was contacted by the manager regarding this review and was offered a free cleaning and/or a refund for the service in turn for removing this review.

Of note, this company asks if you are a “person of integrity” when booking. As I do consider myself a person with integrity, I refused the deal—the review remains.

Rebecca was amazing. I've had several cleaners over the years but she is the one I'm most satisfied with. She was on time, thorough and fast!

The young lady who was my cleaner (I can’t remember her name) was phenomenal! She arrived on time, was very professional, and did an amazing job. Serenity Clean of Cleveland East should be your go to cleaner.

They do such a good job. It's so organized and efficient. I've had cleaners from apps before and this cleaning service is so much better. They have a system, they stick to it. It really frees up so much of my time throughout the month to have someone come in and help me with the cleaning.

Great communication and cleaning. So easy and dependable. Thankful for their service!

The job done was excellent. The house was pristine when I came home. Any questions I had I was able to text to the district manager and she responded promptly. She was also able to relay any questions the person cleaning my house had. Everyone at this company is great at communication and you are actually talking to real people and not some automated program. I will definitely be using this service again.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Tyler, the founder and CEO of Serenity Clean regarding my experience below. He was very apologetic and I do think our experience was out of character for the company, based on our conversation and other reviews here. Genuinely felt like he was trying to make things right and that he wants every experience to be a good one with his company, so I have raised my star rating from 1/5 to 3/5. I was offered a free cleaning and was granted a refund since there was additional "damages" from the fridge being unplugged. It does seem like this company has their priorities straight and I certainly appreciate their "green" initiatives. Hope they can get a little better organized and that if you choose to use their service, you have a great experience!

Seems like things can be really hit or miss with this company, but we certainly experienced a "miss." I was very hopeful about using this service when I saw all of the 5 star reviews and read their approach to cleaning. However, not only did we have to wait 4.5 hours for someone to show up to the house for our initial "deep clean," the cleaning was not at all intensive. The kitchen counters were not wiped down, our bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and the vacuuming and mopping was cursory at best (and I think they forgot to do the kitchen). Then, we discovered that our basement refrigerator had been unplugged, I assume to vacuum despite there being many other outlets available, and we had several gallons of milk, yogurt, and other food spoil over the weekend. We cancelled our future reservations and will be looking somewhere else for a cleaning service.

Serenity assigned a young lady who really knows how to clean I’ve had cleaning services for over 30 years. I enjoy her pleasant and positive attitude. She’s always smiling. She does a great job. Serenity does your laundry so I don’t have to send my laundry out separately.

It was so nice to have the house we’re moving into cleaned so well. It will make moving in so much easier for us. I highly recommend this move-in cleaning service. The cleaner was polite and professional. She did a great job!
