Fantastic job! Mark's Cleaning Service is so efficient and thorough with their carpet cleaning. They cleaned 5 rooms, 3 stairways, and hallway. My carpet looks like new again. Very professional and courteous. Thank you Mark for such a great job.

We had Marks come out to do a steam cleaning of our residential carpeting. They were on time, did a nice job and the service crew and office folks were knowledgeable and helpful. Had a couple minor problem areas appear after carpet was dry = = They came back out and did a touch up treatment == no hassles , no problem , looks great == We will definitely call them again !!

Horrendous experience ending in theft and a job NOT done. Hours upon hours and hiring other people to fix the job they did not complete. Still expected us to pay after theft occurred. Do not recommend. We hired a company to do a deep clean on a home we purchased, we specifically hired a company because it was a big job. We expected this to be clean. I walked in to their maids trash talking our new home as well. SO disappointed.

Mark's cleaning service came out wash my windows inside and out. They did a most excellent job, very respectful of my property, did above and beyond the Call of Duty. After cleaning all my windows inside and out some of my windows have hard water stains that did not come off and I was not charged for them. The guys were very nice and respectful.

The team at Mark's Cleaning Service is fantastic. They're professional, friendly, and thorough. They clean our offices at Slate Rock FR each week, and I've never had a complaint about their level of service. I've had nothing but great experiences with anyone I've talked to there.

I have used Marks for windows and general cleaning over the years and just recently used them for a deep clean moving out of house project. Tyler was great to work with, competitive with pricing, and flexible on scheduling. We have multiple dogs, so carpets do not stay clean long and we have them cleaned regularly. When our regular cleaner informed us they were no longer doing carpets, I found Diamond. What stood out to me most was the reviews and the specific mention of pet stains.

First, unlike other cleaners, Tyler swept the carpets before he did anything. He assessed the areas and the stains, etc. then he spot treated what needed it and then cleaned the carpets. When he was done, he got down and smelled the carpet to make sure it was clean in the areas most trafficked by the dogs.

Not only will I use Tyler in the future, I will recommend him to all my friends and family.
