Very highly recommend. Someone spilled a brown cola on our cream carpet. My small carpet cleaner didn't even come close to getting it out and I seriously thought we might have to replace it -- all 500 square feet of it, since the carpet has a pattern and is now discontinued. But Gerry, the owner -- not some hourly guy who doesn't know what he's doing -- worked his magic and now our carpet looks new again! He was friendly, great at communicating and very thorough. Will definitely use Medina Carpet Cleaning again.

We were moving to our new home in a time crunch after being delayed, so instead of changing all carpets we decided to clean them professionally. We looked for recommendations on the Medina Moms FB page and Jerry was recommended by multiple members. He did an excellent job on these old carpets and exceeded all expectations. He also went above and beyond to fit us into his schedule, when we didn't even have set dates and times for closing. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend him.

This is the second time my family has used Jerry for carpet cleaning and the time and attention he gives to every section of our carpet has been outstanding. Our carpet looks new again. Thank you Jerry, you are the best.
