Carpets came out better than expected, originally just getting cleaned to hold off till replacement. However, basement looks brand new, and with the the life of the carpet has definitely lengthened. Quick , Professional, Quality, Fair price.

Contacted Jerry last week for a cleaning and he fit us in within a week. Showed up on time and graciously agreed to to a whole house cleaning after we had spoken about downstairs only. Very courteous and got the work done quickly and explained everything he had done in trouble areas. It's still drying but so far so good!

I just called on New Years Eve 2021 and on the following Wednesday (yesterday) my carpet was clean and looks great. I had rented a rug doctor the day before my call and that was NOT very successful. No doubt I will avoid the 'doctor' from now on and only call Medina carpet👍

I called Medina Carpet Cleaning about cleaning an area rug that was in my daughter's dorm room. The rug was half walked on and half not (due to it being under her bed and dressers). Jerry wasn't sure if he could get it looking like new, but after a few attempts, it looks great!! So glad we didn't toss it, but tried to clean it. Now we don't have to buy a new one. Jerry cleaned all of the carpet in our new house when we moved in and did a fabulous job! We will forever use him. The carpets are spotless and look brand new!

Called Jerry to clean carpet in 3 bedrooms, area rug, stairs and 2 large couches. I also had him clean completely tiled master shower. I happened to ask him if he knew someone who could grout since the shower had spots it was coming out. To my delight, he said he could do it! He charged me a fair labor rate since I had all the materials, and now my home is clean and my shower looks new again. Thanks Jerry!

I really wasnt expecting such a great result. I bought a home that had multiple cats and the carpets were awful. This was just a band aid until I could replace them but WOW! Jerry did such an amazing job!I may actually be able to hold off on replacing the carpet for another year or 2! Highly recommend and will definitely call again if the need should arise!

We were debating if our ten year old carpet with many stains was salvageable. Also there were many ripples in the carpet and it needed stretched and trimmed. Jerry gave it his best effort and it came out better than expected. I highly recommend!

Thank you SO much for the miracle cleaning work, Medina Carpet Cleaning! We had an unbearable smell in our vehicle, due to a bag of frozen fish filets and water that had thawed into our carpeting. It was terrible! Another Medina carpet business told me they would not even attempt the job because it could not be helped, but Jerry with Medina Carpet Cleaning told me he would do everything he could to help us out. And he did. He worked after hours and multiple days. He responded quickly and kindly (and optimistically). I appreciate his work ethic and customer service, and Medina Carpet Cleaning removed the terrible stench from our vehicle. I cannot thank you enough!

Answered the phone on a Saturday (outside of normal listed business hours), explained to Jerry that we needed carpets cleaned before our furniture arrived on Thursday and he set us up for carpet cleaning service for that Monday.
