It was so lovely to get home to such a clean house. Things we became blind to being dirty were so noticeably clean. Claudia and Kylie have come to clean and they both did such wonderful jobs!

Great experience - we had a deep clean by Paige and Breanna and it was just such a relief to have a truly clean home after months of being too busy to catch up myself. They were professional and thorough and I’m looking forward to having recurring help in the future.

Petal did a deep cleaning for me. They were very commutative while here and diligent in their work. I can’t remember names very well, so apologies I can’t thank everyone. Jenna was great and her team was equally great. Amber in the office was also helpful, kind, and listened to my needs. My cats also loved the team. 😻

Would not recommend this company. They trick you into the first cleaning with a larger crew and more cleaning time than you'll ever receive once you're established. We've used them for months at this point, on a weekly cadence, with the same cleaning list every time. The last few visits they've completely skipped vacuuming and mopping the entire house (which is the whole purpose we have them - i can't keep up with the vacuuming and mopping) ((amongst other missed items such as inside windows, but whatever)). Why am i paying hundreds of dollars for basically dusting?

After trying to contact them multiple times for them to come finish the jobs or at least refund our money, they've ignored my husband's communication.

Stay far away, the sparkle quickly disappears when they get comfortable with you as a client.

I hired Petal Sweet cleaners to clean my parent’s house. It was a Christmas gift. 2 cleaners came for about a half day. They were on time, friendly, and worked very hard. The service came in at the lowest end of the range quoted.

Chelsea, Ashley & Izzy did an exceptional job deep cleaning our home! Unlike other services we’ve had, they didn’t spend half the time playing with our pups or on their phones. What a nice change to have such professional service!

I’m adjusting my rating for this business because of their persistence to try and make me happy. They did not charge me for the poor cleaning. They are reviewing the photos and going over the Cleaning with the person they sent out. They’re going to be doing some retraining and communication with their employees. They personally called me and asked if they could send someone out to do whatever cleaning I want it done at no charge. I will say as far as customer service they are going above and beyond. I am declining all the nice offers because I just think at this point it’s easier for me to handle my own house cleaning myself. But I do think they deserve a better rating for how well they handled my complaint and my bad reviews.

I am not impressed at all. I’ve had this company come out about four maybe five times. The cleaning is definitely subpar. If you have a throw rug on the ground, they will not pick it up and shake it out or do any efficient sweeping around it You literally have to clean your house before they come so I’ve canceled the service. The area they’re good at cleaning the toilet in the mirror in the bathroom. Forget the floors or dusting completely inefficient. Forget the shower or bathing area terrible.
