The young ladies were very friendly and efficient. They not only clean large areas, but also the nooks and crannies. This was our first experience with professional house cleaning. They were recommended to us by a friend, and we will definitely use The Cleaning Authority again.

The Cleaning Authority crew were AWESOME today!!! The electricity went out and they improvised ways to clean our house, even when I told them they didn't have to. What a great crew.

Peg has been the head cleaning person in our home for years. I never worry that all will not be in perfect order when she is finished. She is very conscientious. She’s very kind and helpful to the people who come with her on the team.

It looks good however the bathrooms and kitchen wastebaskets were not emptied.

I have had them for over a year and they just keep getting better and better. Yesterday the two girls were the best yet. They are using a portable vacuum to get to all those hard to clean areas and the kitchen and bathroom are immaculate. This was a gift from my son to whom I am ever grateful.

Lovely people, amazing staff. Had no issues as they accompanied me thru my first experience, and results were beyond me. the team Kk and Talitha were fabulous and worked exponentially well as a team.

Every thing looks sharp and clean. Metal is bright and shining. Floors are spotless. Dusting and vacuuming are perfect. My three workers today are Tabitha, Shaina, and KK. They work well together and efficiently. I appreciate how they bring it all together in timely fashion.

My experience with this cleaning service this week has been great. When I called earlier in the week to confirm when to expect our cleaners, I suggested to the person who answered the phone that a reminder call or e-mail each time would be very helpful. The next day I received an e-mail! The cleaners themselves were punctual, very nice and did a great job, including cleaning on top of my china cabinet - above and beyond the call of duty! I'm still very happy with the Cleaning Authority.

Peggy and the team always does a great job cleaning for us. They have been cleaning our home for five years, so you get a consistent team and they really get to know you and your needs. We have two dogs and they are great with them (and cleaning up after them!). I highly recommend Cleaning Authority and Peg!

Great job amazing. Shaina specifically. My wife has many rugs, and she said Shaina cleaned her carpet like no one else! She actually asked me to have her come out at least twice a week! It's great for me, cause every time she cleans my wife's carpet, it puts her in the best mood. 10/10 would recommend, Shaina is the best

Kelsey, Lauren, and Hannah were the team that were at my house yesterday. They were excellent. I would like to have them at my house every time. That was by far the best clean I’ve had since I’ve been with your company. I would love to have a clean that good every time.

The ladies did a real good job, except for one thing, in the kitchen, they moved everything, I had it do it was good for me, I can not use my left arm like my right. And when they moved everything, on the kitchen counter , it made thing a little harder for me to reach. All in all things were done great. Thank you all, for a job well done.

The ladies were in and out quick today, there was a mark left by the last crew on the refrigerator which I showed to the gal this time and the mark is still there. I have to say the first crew done a fantastic job. I had company today and decided since it was nice out and there’s another very small dog, thought it would help them, even my company said they were not in the house very long. I’m usually in the house when the work is done. The furniture has not been sweep. So just remind your crew what needs to be done. Most of the house is new and it should not take much to clean it.
